OOOPS! Just get right back to it. you will have lots of derails on the journey-- I know!-- just dust yourself off and keep going.

So, what triggered you? Chocolate? Do yourself a favor and get yourself a chocolate back up plan. Mine was a big box of Chocoperfection bars I kept in the cupboard. I also did chocolate creams-- cocoa, heavy cream, sweetener, vanilla, salt, espresso, whipped until mousse--- and these SAVED ME. They still do. The sweerteners I like are Steviva Blend and Heartland's Ideal Sweeteners.... they taste the most like and bake like cane sugar to me, it has made staying on plan so much easier.

I second Angela's suggestion, give yourself a back up plan in case of emergency! I would do the SF jello pudding mix and whipped hwc to make a chocolate mousse. I hope you are feeling better tomorrow!

Chocolate creams! That sounds like heaven! Consider that done!

Actually what triggered me was stepping on the dang scale. The news was good but for some reason good news or bad always triggers me. I really need to get that thing out of the bathroom. It is of no value to me. Time to hide it! I weighed in...liked what I saw. But then the focus went from "get healthy" to "make that number go down". Also I stayed up WAY too late the night before and was feeling run down so my body was probably craving more than it would have been if I was well rested.

Potaty...how much HWC goes in the SFJ? Anything else go in there? YUM! Thank you!

Today has been much better...I just let it all go for a day and now I feel very refreshed and happy to be back on track. I do need to figure out how to get the pooh thing under control. Sorry if its TMI but the consistancy is way uncomfy and the frequency is way down. I have the fiber covered, I have been drinking like a fish...I guess I just need to drink like a bigger fish? Ugh...uncomfy! Maybe more unstarchy fruits/veggies.

I just pour some hwc in a bowl and beat it until it starts to get thick, then I sprinkle just a little bit of the SF pudding in and beat until it is mousse consistency. You really don't need much of the powder, one box will last for several servings.

You could try Natural Calm for the bathroom issues, it's a magnesium powder.

Hi Melody! Good for you for getting right back to it. Hope you settle the score with the Poo Fairy. I hear she's a real *****. Do you have enough fat in your diet? After all the low carbing I've done, I've never had any bathroom issues, so I'm not sure I'm any help-- just wishing you the best!

Well...Im optimistic that you have never had the bathroom issue. Perhaps I can get around it. LOL I added more fruit. I am not in a huge hurry to lose and I figure the fruit can help while Im figuring my way around this and it has...tremendously!

Ill look into the nature calm, thank you!

Hmmm...more fat? Well...if I go in the kitchen right now and make the moose that will add fat! Im gonna go do that!

I have a harder time journaling on DH days off...so much go go go! But tomorrow is Sunday and he goes back to work. Gonna miss him.

I have been crocheting like crazy and he wants to try to buy a house so there is alot of paperwork and sending stuff to see if we qualify. We went house looking today just to see what was in the neighborhood...very hard not to fall in love with every house when your renting a condo. LOL

My weight is holding at 182 which I am happy with. Id love to see 180 by the end of the week!

Well...I went and read around with some time to spare. We decided to try for a new baby. I have an IUD and its preferable to wait 3 cycles after its removed before you get pregnant. I would love to be in the 150s at that point. I dont know if that is too aggressive but trying sure will give me some motivation.

A new baby!

Wow! What a perfectly lovely motivation for losing! Atkins is a babymaker, that's for sure. My husband and I ditched the birth control to finally see if one would come around-- and it never did, for years... not until I did Atkins. Two months in, BAM!! Pregnant. I'm not the only one with that story, lol!

So pleased for you! What a great thing to look forward to!
