Oh Blonde, thanks sweet for the compliment, but sadly ( sigh) that pic was last july and life has majorily happened and i have gained back all but about 15 pounds...so here i am again...just started back this week...BIG SIGH and SADFACE

So good to hear from you, I was gone for almost a year so jump right back in with the good converstaion about , you guessed it losing our weight.

Dawn hasn't popped in for awhile but she may. Keep up the posts!

Stacy, I agree with Maggie! Jump back in with the rest of us. Apparently this weight thing we all deal with is chronic and must be kept in check at all times in order to keep the lost weight off. I regained half of what I lost last year and I'm back at it, trying to get back to onederland and beyond. Don't look back anymore, just forward! Today is the first day..yada yada. You can do it! We'll all help!

I am staying strong and pushing onward...I am taking a great supplement I read about on livestrong that really supress my appetite....The cravings are gone also...Today is Day 5....I figure with all the other stuff going on in my life, at least i can get control of my eating

hey pretty lady.....i am ok...LOTS of changes happened in 2012, and i am ready to start a new year with a new me

Sadly my weight and health has responded negatively to all the changes, but I am ready to get back and take control

Going to doc tomorrow and another next week, so will know my weight at that time...i know last month it was creeping up to what i was in 2012 when i started lc

how are you??..hope you had a great holiday and a blessed 2013....

I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with your weight again, but excited to see you progress back to where you were!

Big changes have that affect on us that's for sure! I went through my own set of issues the last few years so I can certainly relate.

Holiday's were great, I'm just glad they're over.

Looking forward to a great year of weight loss and better health! Hope you'll be here for the ride!

I plod along. Seems like two mules can pull the wagon better than one. And a whole team of mules can move almost anything.

If you get a minute, come see me. Maybe you can tell me why it's going to take a hundred years to get this weight off. It's going to take so long, I won't remember why I'm doing it anymore. I am losing pounds by the ....ounces.
