Jan, I negotiated for a new position at my current institution. My boss left abruptly, so it was the perfect time.

Still basically doing what I was doing before, but in a more official capacity and with more pay.

Still, also, on the job market. I'm looking at the next phase of my career and making some decisions. Always in flux lately, it seems! Have you settled into your not-so-new job? It has been almost a year.....feeling good about things?

Mornin' Jan! Thank you for the nice complement. I felt really good on the wedding day. I'll be glad to get back to that weight. I was kicking myself (as usual) then I realized that even though I gained back 15lbs, I also quit smoking and did two tours of prednisone, I was really sick. Now that I feel better, I've got this. It may take some time....

I know that you bake special things for the boys. Are you GF as well?

Hey Blonde!!! You are the BEST!!!! Weight is up :-( Not so much bad choices as too much eating, even when I'm not hungry. I don't don't know if you recall that I am the lead administrator in a small school district...in California. And you may not be tuned in to the budget news...but the horrible economy is forcing some mega major stresses on schools. This is not a good reason for me to overeat. So yeah, I'm not on LCF much 'cause, well, you understand...
