Laura, maybe you can try taking your bp med in the evening? That way you sleep through any wooziness? Some reports show that it's better to take bp meds at night cuz it's good for your bp to go low while sleeping??

I'm so glad she doesn't think it's HCal. You know, you could also try eating things with K2 in them - grass fed butter like (KerryGold Butter), grass fed Ghee, raw milk cheese, natural sauerkraut, naturally fermented veggies like KimChee, Natto (fermented soy beans)... Some say high calcium and vit D3 are directly due to low K2 levels. They say nearly everyone is K2 deficient. K2 directs where and how calcium in our blood is deposited. Too little and it all goes from our bones into our veins and arteries and soft tissues. Enough and it goes where it's sposed to go - in our bones and out of our blood.

Pooti I have read that also, I might just start tomorrow night taking them at bed time. I can't eat KimChee, tried it once and gagged. It tasted rotten to me.

You have a decent base tan now so missing a day won't be a bad thing.

Hope you find some solution with those meds making ya feel weird. Taking them at night sounds like a brilliant solution.

Hey that Ghee is good, I got some at the health food store, the lady was telling me why it was good for me, but I should have asked Poot! LOL I like it though it tastes more rich even than reg butter like the milk solids are filtered out. It is suppose to be good for ya.

Today is a dreary rainy day. I am so ready for the sun to shine and it get warm again, here I am with a killer tan and have to hide it under winter attire. Nothing much to report, had a crappy salad form the Dairy Bar, only ate the meat off of it, the lettuce looked weird.
