Well I'm still up. I layed down at 10:00 and whimpered and moaned and jerked my foot till 11:30. got up and got back on the computer and around midnight realized I hadn't had any thing to eat since this morning so I ate a small amount of chicken salad. Stayed up till 1:00 then went back to bed where the pain got much worse, got back up at 1:15 and took a Percocet and here I am waiting for it to kick it. This ought to be a fun filled day, either hurting or doped up on pain killers.

I hope you all have a great Tuesday. Amber if I don't talk to you before you leave have a fantastic wedding...take plenty of pictures. Tony is a very blessed man. You are going to be a lovely bride.

So sorry for the pain hon, I hope it heals quickly and thankfully you have some pain killers even if they make you feel doped up it's better than the alternative!

haha... I have used a "Health-o-Meter" for the last 2 yrs...and love it...
digital readout...( I didnt want the fancy one that tells me my body fat..( I know my

height and if I am a male or female... I wanted the one that was accurate and didnt LIE to me !! haha... so I love the scale I got )

Ok.... well dont let the scale ruin your day or mood.....and it sooo doesnt control
us...it will shift here and there...unless you put it in the same spot on the floor and dont move it...and you put your feet and toes in the same spot everyday...and hold your
weight the same way every morn...it will be off by .2 - .4 everytime....
So....just keep on the journey... you got it....!

Hey guys, sorry to just disappear like that but I have started playing Pirates Of The Caribbean Online (POTCO) again and it's taking up alot of my time. I have not gone off plan in fact I have gotten down to 161.4 and am now wearing a size 6, bought my first 2 pairs today. I go back to work Monday but I imagine things are going to be rough. Miss Minnie was in the hospital last weekend due to her BP going so high they thought she had had a stroke...she did not but her legs are gone so we now have a shiny new wheelchair for her to zoom around in. I thought I would let everyone know whats going on. I will try to post when I can, thanks all for worrying about me.

Seth I love it, I played for 2 yrs before joining LCF's. You should check it out, go and make you a basic account..it's free, then if you decide you like it you can start paying the fee to play it.
