Thanks girls, I was down this morning to 167.6 YEEEHAAAA, still I had a salad with bacon for lunch LOL, just can't help myself, so for dinner I had...let me rephrase that Precious and I had a Rotisserie chicken breast and nuked cauli for dinner. I hope to see some improvement with the scales. I sure hope you all had a grand day, it's getting hot here now....soon we will be suffocating in the humidity. Oh the joys of summer in NC,,,snakes, skeeters and living in the third ring of h3ll. Take care all who venture here.

Happy Tuesday Laura, I looked up acupressure points to stop smoking. I'm hitting them in between key strokes on the computer.
The real test will be getting in my car, that's where I did most of my smoking (can't smoke in my apartment - although did sneak a few times out the kitchen window when my room mate was at work. lol) |

Ang is that person who walks by the smokers and tells her boy dont be like them, LOL It is a terrible habit it is even more horrible when the kids tell me how bad it is and I know they hate it, I gotta quit, it is one bad habit!!!

Well see smokers are addicts and like adicts no amount of dirty looks or scare tactics will tend to get us to stop. We will stop when we are ready. Sadly, there isn't really anywhere to hit bottom like an alcho or a junkie so it takes a bit for the penny to drop.
Horrible habit, wish I never started. And ya i yip at young casual smokers wishing they don't become me. Have a great day Laura |
