Laura- I made the cabs to your set, I am not totally thrilled, the one stone a huge chucnk came out, so it is slightly smaller than the other earring, but on your ears you cant tell, I didnt have another piece to match I had to use that piece from the same slab of rock. I debated showing you but thought it is better to surprise you. The pendant is gorgeous, if i so say myself!!!! LOL

I have to con Tony into wiring everything for me tonight, I am bad with the glue and wire, LOL Then I will send them this week, I will not be upset if you choose not to wear them for the wedding, just enjoy them with any blue outfit this summer. It is an anniversary gift I wanted to send you something anyway.

I made the set from Chrysacolla, it is a rock that is an offshoot mineral from the cooper mines, this slab came from one of our friend's in AZ who have their own claim, very brilliant blue, greens, reds, etc. I hope you like it!!!

I am tired but so glad to be back home, this was a sucky trip this time.

I go tomorrow after work and tanning to get my hair done, I will get Jeff to take pictures.

My toe is better but the dang thing is peeling, I mean my whole big toe is losing the skin on it.

Glad to hear that your toe is improving. Forgot how things can peel after swelling like that! Hoping it is okay for the wedding. I need to tan...never went to do that...usually just let the sun do its thing. This year has been so crappy though. May have to try it out. Any tips for a virgin to the tanning beds?

Kitty, a big yes...start slow, by that I mean just a few mins at a time for a few days then move it up a min or 2 at a time, that way you won't burn. Also go online to e-bay and get your lotions..there alot cheaper than from the salon. I tan nekked so I would suggest you do that so you won't get tan lines.

Thanks Laura. Most of my DNA comes from the far north, so I do burn before tanning. This year, I'm more in the lines of my Irish, Scotch, Swedish white! Usually, I'm more of the German white! LOL too bad the speck of Native American wouldn't kick in! Any particular brands of lotion work best, or ones to avoid?

Australian Gold is cheap and works really good for tanning, I was buying all those expensive ones at the gym and duh, the beauty supply I can buy at with my license has Aus gold, so it is cheap!!!!

Kitty *Tingle* in lotion makes your skin red and hot and helps you to get a dark tan. I use lotions with tingle in it, the higher the # the better it works. I have one that is 100XXXXX tingle. Then there are the bronzers, some may turn you orange. I don't like the bronzer lotions much and try to avoid them but it's difficult...it seems most have a bronzer in them.

Laura I am super proud of you!!! You are finally enough away from the 70's that you won't ever have to see that number again on the scale.

I haven't used any lotions in a while since my Sweedish Beauty Pink Diamonds got stolen. I did try a cheap one from Walmart and it seemed to work ok too.

I am super excited to see the pictures of your hair and the beautiful necklace Amber is making you. I bet it is just breath taking.

Laura- see I love bronzers that Jergens stuff I was in love with turned me into a carrot, TOny was like dude your legs are not right, LOL Now it is wearing off and I am all splotchy I need to get to the tanning bed.
