Wow, thats a nice bird feeder! I think its great that you and your hubby are going to walk together. If you get tired then ask him for a piggy back ride

. My husband is 11 years older then me. I was joking with him one day and told him if I hadn't put so much work into him then I would trade him in for a younger model.

Nikki I am still to heavy for that ride. Jeff just had surgery in August of last yr to repair a hernia from where he had his Ileostomy when he had cancer. He stomach still hurts him a times...they had to make 21 incisions in him and his Dr told him it might take some tome for him to completely heal. Jeff is 9 years younger than me so that makes me a cougar.

Well it's Sunday morning dear diary and you know what that means...soon it will be back to work which I dread some times. It really feels weird not weighing today, when I first awoke I forgot and started to get on the scales..I had to mentally slap myself..we'll see how this goes. My DD Ellen and her family are coming for a late lunch today after church, she is bringing some chicken to cook on the grill...it will be good to see my grandkids, my oldest is 12 and if he doesn't stop growing he will be taller than his granddaddy. Jeff wants to start walking in the neighborhood, we have steep streets here so I'll either be the fittest 55 year old or the deadest but it will be fun...I really

first shift. Jeff has gotten addicted to the Cream Cheese Clouds and wants me to make then all the time, so today I have to go get some more Cream Cheese to satisfy his sweet tooth. Well dear diary it will soon be time for me to start getting ready for church so I will leave with this....make the most out of the last day of the weekend. Till next time........

Well shoot dear diary, I couldn't help myself. I got undressed to get in the shower and me eyes lit upon the scales so I weighed and I am now at 171.6 my lowest weight yet. I guess I will have to start with my weekly weigh ins tomorrow.

WOW your hubby does nice wood working, TOny is also a wood turner, he makes lovely things, I didnt have room here for his lathe, so its in storage I am looking forward to getting a bigger house to have him turning again, he makes beautiful things.

That will be great to walk together that will help the weight loss, I know it is getting slower for ya, but you are getting close to goal and you are my inspiration if you just keep at it you will see a loss! Have fun with the fam and Grandkids today!

Dinner is over and my youngest granddaughter Mackenzie is fussy so I had to escape to my computer for a few. She needs a nap badly but is fighting sleep. Jeff did an awesome job with the grilled chicken breast and tossed salad, I am stuffed now. Here are a few pictures from this afternoon
