Thanks Green! Dancing is a fun exercise. I never heard of the Ketchup song I'll have to check it out LOL.

Weigh in day

I lost 2 lbs this week. I hope to speed through the 50's so that I can reach my Halloween goal of 249.

I already got in my exercise this morning. I did 20 mins of dancing to Trace Adkins and Toby Keith music. My husband and son didn't want to dance with me but my dog was jumping around and barking LOL. Now on to work where I am on my feet all day long, I think that should count as exercise too .

Yep, I'm still working in the bakery. It was very hard when I was LCing. On WW if I want I can take a little taste and stop. I just count it as a point or 2.

This week I started working out again. I forgot how much better I feel when I get in a good workout.

Mon- I did a one hour step class. It about killed me but I survived LOL.

Wed- I did 30 mins on the elliptical

Thurs- I already got in my workout this morning. 40 mins on the elliptical.

Today is weigh in day 256 lbs, I'm down 2.4 lbs for the week. Only 1 lb away from 60 lbs lost.

Thanks ladies! In the past once I got to the low 250's I would go off plan and gain all my weight back. I'm out to prove to myself that I will get past it this time and will keep going, no turning back!
