Well I joined WW online again and I thought I was 5'6 or 5'7 but I got measured today and I'm only 5'5. So I pushed back my goal weight to 150 so that it is the high end of a healthy weight for my height. It said a healthy weight for my height is 120-150. The plan has changed since I started 15 months ago. Now the lowest daily points is 26 it use to be 29. I now only get 27 points a day . So I have to start cutting back. Maybe not eat the baked cheetos with my sandwich at lunch, that sucks because I them.

Back when I really did WW, I would freak with every point I lost. It was like a very dear friend was being lost. And, oh my, baked Cheetos are the bombdotcom. I love those things and I see them on your menu and keep telling myself - I have got to get some of those.

You know I always wonder about my height. I have always thought I was 5'3" but it's been awhile since I've been measured. I need to do that at work tomorrow.

Funny thing today, my Paypal was charged for my monthly WW online fee. I thought I'd cancelled it but didn't remember for sure. I kept thinking...is this a sign? But JUDDD is working great for now and I know I always have WW in my back pocket. I think it is a great program and has always worked for me.

Okay so I didn't lose an inch today after all LOL. I had tried to measure myself with the help of my son. When my hubby got home he measured me at 5'6. But I still only get 27 points a day.

Yes the baked cheetos are my favorite, I eat a snack bag of them everyday with my lunch. Well I did anyway, may have to rethink that. But here is my menu for today.

-Apple Cinnamon oatmeal- 3 PP
- banana- 0 PP
- PB&J and baked cheetos- 12 PP
- 1 Reese cup- 3 PP
- 6 inch Roasted chicken flat bread from Subway and a plum- 9 PP

27 PP, I did it!

I am shrinking Nikki, my doctor said it is most likely from my weight compressing my spine over the years last time I was 5'8.5, I was always 5'10, when I did plus size modeling you had to be 5'10 at a minimum, so somewhere over the years I lost some inches, LOL I still say if I were 8'4 I would be the perfect H/W ratio, LOL!!!

Baked cheetos are totally processed you dont need those in your new skinny bod!!!!

And you're right, I don't need to be eating them but dang it I'm hooked. Gives me a goal to work toward.

Hi ladies!

I have decided I want to take cake classes on making flowers. I only know how to make roses and daisies right now, so I'm looking forward to learning some new flowers and designs. Classes start next week, I can't wait.

Todays foods
- apple cinnamon oatmeal - 3 PP
- 1 broccoli and cheese nugget- 2 PP ( they made them at work, they are my favorite so I just had to have one.)
- PB&J, baked cheetos and banana- 12 PP
- yogurt- 2 PP
- chicken stir fry- 9 PP
= 28 PP for the day. I went over by 1 point but I will take it from my weekly.

Yesterday I went to my co workers baby shower. I avoided all the foods with no problems but then when I went grocery shopping I was hungry so I bought more stuff then planed.

Yesterdays foods
- cinnamon spice oatmeal- 4 PP
- banana- 0 PP
- 6 inch roasted chicken sub on flat bread and baked cheetos- 12 PP
- Fiber one brownie- 2 PP
- WW Sloppy Joe bake and fresh green beans- 9 PP
= 27 PP

Todays foods
- cinnamon spiced oatmeal- 4 PP
- banana- 0 PP
- philly steak lean pocket and baked cheetos- 10 PP
- Fiber One brownie- 2 PP
- left over WW sloppy joe bake and corn- 11 PP
= 27 PP

It was my first time making the WW Sloppy Joe bake and it was delish.

Good morning ladies. Today is weigh in day 174.6. Down .6 lbs for the week. Not much but I'll take it.

I do like WW online, but I get to where I use it for a while then I stop then I go back to it.

It was a beautiful day here. My husband I were both off work today, so we went for a bike ride this morning.

I have lost 141 lbs now and I decided it's time to reward myself. I upgraded my phone to a iphone 4. I've never had a iphone or smart phone so I'm very excited. A friend from work had showed me how easy it is to use WW online on the iphone. She showed me how you can scan the bar code on most items and it will show you how many points plus. Can't wait to get it!!
