Thanks Nikki for the info...I've been pulling from my weekly but since I'm eating carbs and no longer doing lower carbs, I'm going to try to eat only my daily points. You're so close to goal!!

- apple cinnamon oatmeal and 8 oz cup of skim milk- 5 PP
- fruit cup- 0 PP
- ham and cheese lean pocket, baked cheetos and 12 oz can of Coke Zero- 10 PP
- 1 fun size Mr. Goodbar- 2 PP
- Chicken Alfredo and broccoli made with wheat pasta- 12 PP
- yogurt- 2 PP

= 31 PP for the day So I will take 2 of them from my weekly points.
= 47 weekly points

Thanks ladies!

Hi Laura , how ya been?

I did 1 hour of cardio today. I did 10 mins on the treadmill and then 20 on the elliptical then 30 more on the treadmill. I ran on and off on the treadmill but not for longer then 2 mins at a time. I ate oatmeal before my work out and it really gave me energy! I felt great after my workout! I really want to commit to getting in my work outs. It's so easy for me to talk myself out of hitting the gym after I have been at work on my feet all day. But I know that it's something I just have to make myself do.

Yesterdays foods
- apple cinnamon oatmeal- 3 PP
- banana - 0 PP
- 6 inch roasted chicken sub from Subway on flat bread and baked cheetos- 13 PP
- 1 Reese cup- 3 PP
- chicken with salsa and low fat cream cheese and fresh green beans- 10 PP

Todays foods so far
- apple cinnamon oatmeal- 3 PP
- banana- 0 PP
- pb&j and baked cheetos- 12 PP
- cinnamon spice oatmeal- 4 PP

I'm going to a get together at a friends house tonight but I'm taking a Lean Cuisine Meal with me.

Yea I have been there with the gym fight. You can do it. Yea my trainer (when I had one) always told me to eat good carbs before the gym. It gives you more energy.

I woke up sore this morning. My body is not use to running. I promised myself I was going to get in my workout today and I did. I went on a 3.5 mile bike ride and I did some ab work.

Todays foods

- grapes- 0 PP
- my husbands AWESOME chili and a small piece of corn bread- 14 PP

Hey girls! I'm off work today. I start my 9 day work week tomorrow. So I'm making the best of today. I'm headed to the gym in a few mins to get my sweat on. Then I have a hair appointment to get a new hair style at 11. So new pics to come!
