Thanks ladies, the headache is gone. I was looking at my weigh ins and for the last 4 weeks I have only dropped 1.8 lbs.

Maybe I am eating too many of my extra weekly points. The rest of this week I am going to just stick to my daily points and see if that gets the scale moving down.

Here are my last 4 weekly weigh ins

June 11- 194.8
June 18- 195.8 ?
June 25- 194.4
July 2- 193.6
July 9- 193

Hey, it's better than gaining!

What is your sugar intake like? Are you drinking enough water? Too much fruit maybe?

Maybe you body is just taking a little weight loss bread after losing so much.

Anyway, if you are sticking to your plan, and not gaining, I'd call it good!

Yeah Nikki you are going to hit a wall soon, a set point where your bod says it is done, so you might have to change some things and see if that helps, you will figure it out!!!

Amber, I think you're right. If sticking just to my daily points don't do it then I will have to tweak something else.

Yesterday's menu
- cheerios and skim milk
- banana
- turkey and cheese on wheat flat bread and baked Cheeto's
- chicken breast and broccoli and cheese
- orange

Today's menu is the same as yesterday.

My water is pretty good but I may need to cut back my carbs in the evening.

Thats a new low weight for me. I'm getting very excited to be in the 80's. Thank you for always being here cheering me on.

Waaaa! I was so looking forward to weighing this morning to see if I made it to the 180's but my scale is broken. It says E for error.

So after work I'm going to go see about buying a new one. So I wont be weighing in until tomorrow. The last time I stepped on the scale was on Sat and it said 190.6.

Oh no, those things stink. I worked at a vet for years and ended up with ringworm on my... wait for it.... FOREHEAD once, LOL. I didn't even bother going to the doc, just put some atheletes foot cream on it for about a week and it went away. Just my luck though, lol

I hope your little one gets all fixed up!

But don't forget to get a scale too!

Yep it was a ring warm. She has to take a pill for 30 days. And I washed all our bedding but there really is no way to keep her off our beds. She is a spoiled little diva.

I put my old scale to rest and broke in my new one this morning 190.6. I can't help but to wonder if my old one would have shown me in the 180's. Oh well, shouldn't be long before I see them.

Hi Nikki,
You are getting so close to the 180s!! I had to get a new scale recently too and now I hate it. I loved my old WW one but I can't seem to find the same model and I'm not spending more money until I can get the exact one I want. I'm a scale brat!

Okay so my new scale SUCKS! Yesterday it weighed me at 190.6 this morning it said 245.2, WHAT???? So I got my old scale and stepped on it to see if it would work and guess what IT DID! 189.6!!!!

Thanks ladies! Yeah I think I'm gonna return that old one or just throw it away. It was a cheap 10 dollar scale from CVS. I had my husband weigh on it too just because my mind was spinning

. It did the same to him, my old scale said he weighted 260 and the new one said 320. He said maybe I should read the book on it and calibrate it. But I'm like naaah it's okay I'm happy my old one is working again. I'll just get a new battery for it.

Okay ladies, I need to get caught up on all your journals.

I'm so excited I fit into the size 14 jeans my sister give me. Back in April when she gave them to me I couldn't even get them pass my hips. They are tight right now but thats okay I got myself in them LOL!
