We had a good time at the pool yesterday. Gonna be going again today after I'm finished with my house work. I have been in a snacky mood the last couple of days... been snacking between meals, I need to get that under control.

Weigh in day

194.4 this morning, thats a new low weight for me so I'm happy with it.

I took my son to go see Brave yesterday it was a cute movie.

This morning I'm going to pamper myself with a pedi. Then maybe go to the pool this afternoon.

Hi Nikki!

Love the toes! That's a great color and getting a pedicure is one of my most favorite indulgences and I finally got one a couple of weeks ago.

You are going to just breeze through those 190s!!!

Made Monday my weigh in day to keep cuh-razy weekends at bay, so since Wednesday I'm down 4.4 lbs on WW Points Plus!

I'm off work today, going to the pool this morning before it gets too hot. It was 103 yesterday think today is going to be the same.

The scale bounced up a lb to 195.4 .... I really should stop weighing every day.

I know it's hard not to. I am so bad about stepping on that scale every morning. The thing is, we shouldn't let it reflect on how we feel about ourselves.

I am learning, by weighing daily, to view that number differently instead of letting it bug me all day to never let that morning number be a factor in how I eat - that's key.

Before it was "oh I didn't lose but I ate right" ....so later in day eat all wrong cause I didn't lose anyway. or "oh I lost so I can eat this or that" So when you can weigh daily & just know that what you are doing is going to get you where you want to be the number isn't the deciding factor for the day. I just enter it in the thing I track with & go on about my day.

I think looking at the scale like that is a great idea too. If I could just wrap my head around it. Unfortunately I give the scale WAY too much power. I need to work on that.

Your weight dropped again! WTG! My company left and I got back on track Sunday. I was up 2.6 which seriously is a victory because I can easily put on 5 pounds in two days. Hopefully it is from holding on to some fluid since we did eat out a lot.

Good morning ladies. Sorry I haven't been on much. Work has been keeping me busy.

Yesterday was my weigh in day 193.6. This morning it was 193. TOM is here so I hope when he's gone he will take some lbs with with him. I would love to see the 180's!
