CeeCee, Avengers was great!!

Reva, this will be my first time making it. I will brown the steak in olive oil, while I'm cooking my ham steak I will throw in some onions and mushrooms in the skillet as well.

I got my sweat on at the gym. I did 35 mins on the elliptical and then I did biceps and triceps. The owner of the gym showed me how to use some machines that will help tone my arms. I Can't wait to go the pool with the guys this afternoon!

You are doing so great! Awesome job rock'n the gym

I love love love my eliptical. I just need to start using it in small starts. Because of my back spasms my doc said to start out at 5 min every other day. I would be doing a bunch more if I had started 6 months ago like he wanted me to!

Good morning ladies!

Yesterday evening I went for a bike ride. The weather was so pretty, it was perfect. I'm suppose to be off work today but we have so many graduation cake orders that they need me to go in to help. Hopefully it will only be for half a day.

When Sean gets out of school I plan on taking him to the pool again. My arms are still sore from my workout the other day but I'm not gonna let that hold me back.

The scale said 204.4 this morning, not sure where that 1 lb came from. I have been working out and eating on plan. Oh well I have time for it to be gone before Monday's weigh in.

Venting!

I went to work and got some cakes done and got off at noon. I was starving so I went to Subway to get a sub. When I go there I always get the roasted chicken on 9 grain wheat bread with veggies and lite mayo. Well a friend was there eating a flat bread and she told me how it was low fat too and was good. So I got my roasted chicken on flat bread. When I told the lady I wanted lite mayo she like squeezed a bunch on my sandwich. So when I got home I had to try to get some of the mayo off and try not to lose too much of my lettuce in the process. You would think they would know if you are getting a healthy low fat sandwich not to squeeze a bunch of lite mayo on it. I didn't say anything but boy I wanted to. She already looked like she was not happy to be at work. So what did I learn from this? For now on I ask for my my mayo on the side and then add it to my sandwich myself. Oh and the flat bread was good but when I looked up the points plus it's is higher by one point then the 9 grain wheat bread.

Okay vent over..

There is something about people messing up food orders that just makes you so mad! I mean, we know it's just a little mistake, and we are polite and say thank you and all that. But inside, !

Especially when someone is on a woe (I did not want to day the big D word ) and a server messes up your food............. Maybe it's just my emotional link to my stomache? Who knows?

In the past when I would ask them for some they would just put one line of mayo. Well this lady looked to be in a bad mood and she put two lines of mayo across my bread. So for me to be in control of how much I get, for now on I will just get it on the side and put it on myself.

Today's menu

- cheerio, skim milk and banana
- roasted chicken on flat bread from subway
- cantaloupe
- left over grilled chicken breast dipped in BBQ sauce and asparagus
- WW mini ice cream cone

Sounds like a good plan Niki. It stinks when you are trying to be in control of your diet and others have the control as far as cooking/preparing for you.

Look at it this way too, one extra line of mayo isn't going to kill you. You are eating so healthy and your choices are so good.

At least you still have your "flex" points. You could just consider the extra mayo one of those . So really, it's all good I bet it tasted great!

Nikki you know me I would have had to complain right there and make her redo it, LOL A little extra fat wont kill you, better than extra sweet sauce or something!

Checking in for the onderland watch...I didn't miss it did I?
Eating out is so hard...at least at subway you can see what they are doing!
I agree, don't stress.
Interseting the flat bread is higher...probably becasue the multi grain has more fiber!

Hi ladies!

Work kicked my butt today! Graduation is tomorrow and they are ordering soooo many cakes, it's crazy!! So no work out for me today I am too pooped out!

Your right Meg the 9 grain has more fiber.

Laura, my son and I have a blast at the pool. We were racing each other by swimming from end to end. Lots of fun!... I wish I wasn't too tired to go today!

Thanks CeeCee and Sara for cheering me on. I think I'll do cartwheels when I get to onederland! LOL!

Today's menu

- cheerios, skim milk and a banana
- PB&J (low fat pb, sugar free strawberry jelly on whole wheat bread) and cantaloupe
- WW oatmeal cookie that a friend from work made. She is now doing WW too.
- beef patty (made with lean ground meat) with cheese onions and mushrooms, green beans and BBQ sauce to dip the beef patty in.
