Thanks ladies!

I keep weighing and the scale keeps telling me 208.4. I just can't seem to lose the 2 lbs I gained when I was on the steroid. I've been staying within my points and bike riding. I just don't know what else to do...

Well I kinda got a gift, last month was my birthday and he bought me a nice camera so it was my birthday/anniversary gift. He bought a gun and I told him it's his birthday/ anniversary/ Father's Day gift, LOL!

OK I was looking at some yummy looking WW stuff at the store, but OMG the suff is carb loaded but you and Reva seem to be losing on this like those smart ones, they seem carby and full of sodium but I am seriouslky thinking I went back to the gym and I am gaining OMG it ticks me off!!!

Seems that the carbs are not a problem mixed with a low fat diet. I know not one plan is for everyone. I will say that WW is the best plan for me!! The flexibility I have on it makes me not feel deprived.

Amber, you have done a great job on LC! But if you were to decide it was time to change to a new plan I would suggest WW PP.

My menu for today

B- cheerios and skim milk
Sn- pineapple and strawberries
Lunch- 6 inch roasted chicken on wheat from subway
Sn- Special K crackers and salsa
Supper- grilled chicken breast dipped in BBQ sauce and corn on the cob
Desert- mini WW ice cream cone

Oh Nikki that is adorable she is going to love it!!!! I might check out more about WW today! I dont know what to do my husband said what are you doing here, what is the plan of the day that ticked me off but he is right I sort of vacillate rather than stick to a plan!

Today is weigh in day 206.2. I lost the 2 lbs I gained on the steroid, yippee skippy!!!!

Amber check into WW PP and see what you think. If you do try it, give it a month and then if you don't like it you can always go back to LC. And you can follow WW PP and just eat the healthy carbs.

Super excited for you Nikki! Amber is right, you are almost in onederland. I can't wait to do the happy dance for ya. That is an awesome gift that you made your Mom. It makes it even more special to her I bet that it was made from a pair of your old jeans.

Amber I am with Nikki. I think you should give WW PP a try for a month. I am doing well on it. Just some days I eat all low carb and others I eat more of the WW. It is working for me right now so I am going to leave it alone.

I have been thinking about WW too. I think it is possible to do it with limited carbs, if that is what you want to do. I know that I have tended to lean heavily on the WW conveinience type foods when following that plan, so I would want to change that, but it may be the thing that offers me enough flexibility to deal with the challenges of traveling all the time...I don't know. I am at a point right now where I am scared to try anything becasue I can't seem to go more than a week without screwing up!

Glad your Mom is feeling good. That is the best Mother's day gift of all!

206 this morning, I just love seeing the scale go down.

Work is very busy this week, getting ready for Mother's Day. I'm so excited that this is my weekend off. In the 3 years I have been working there I have worked every Mother's Day.

Today's menu

L- chicken lean pocket and Special K cracker chips

Thanks Jace, I just mailed it to my mom yesterday. I can't wait until she gets it.

Reva, I have only tried 3 kinds but the mexican chicken (6 points) one is my favorite and it has the less fat and less points. The others I tried was the pepperoni and the steak and cheese. They where good but higher points.
