Awww, thanks D! . I worked today, but it was a better day. I think too many of us are PMSing at work this week LOL. And watch out when it's a full moon! LOL

The scale was down this morning to 230.6, I'm hoping to see that or lower come Monday's weigh in.

I stepped on the scale 3 times this morning and each time it was 229.8!! I'm so happy to see the 220's but I think I'm going to stay off the scale for a few days because I woke up to TOM this morning .

On Saturday I went to the walking track and walked 2 miles. Then I came home and did abs and lunges. After work today I'm going to the gym to my step class.

TOM has me feeling blah! I was thinking of skipping my step class today but I had already told a friend from work I would meet her at the gym. But now I'm glad I went.

Today's menu

Breakfast- 1 cup of cheerio's and 1 cup of skim milk
snack- banana
Lunch- Grilled chicken and salsa in a low carb tortilla
snack- strawberries and yogurt
Supper- left over pork steak and broccoli
Desert- Smart One ice cream

Hey Amber! I never really counted the carbs since I started WW but 80-100 and still losing like I am is great.

Hi Vanessa , I'm glad you stopped by. I love going to the step class it's a good sweat and the hour goes by pretty fast.

I'm glad work wasn't real busy today, TOM has me hurting.

I'm so glad it's the weekend!

Tomorrow I will be busy making a fire truck cake that I will be donating to the Fire Department to be auction off on Sunday. I sure hope it turns out good.

Whew! I got the fire truck cake done. My nephew came with his friend in a van thinking they would take my cake to the FD for me. I said ummm no thanks, I'll take it myself, I want to be sure my cake makes it there in one piece. LOL!





And here is a close up of the dog I made out of fondant.


Oh and here is a pic of the diaper cake I made a few weeks ago. I was suppose to post a picture but forgot.

The Fire Department found raiser went well. My cake brought in 60 dollars.

Weigh in day 228.4, I'm down 1.4 lbs this week. I'm headed to step class this morning. I want to reach 215 and claim 100 lbs gone so bad. So I need to step up my exercise!

Thanks D! If you are struggling with your plan then I would say give WW a chance.

I tried doing Atkin's on and off for 10 years. I never learned how to eat normal or balanced on it. With WW, if I want something sweet I can have a little and stop. When I was doing Atkin's sweets or carbs would send me on a binge. I have control of the carbs I eat. Most of the time I only eat the healthy ones. But I know that if I want I can have a bite or two of cake and stop because as long as I count it in my points I'm not going off my plan. I know that this plan is not for everyone, but for me this works. I've lost 87 lbs in 8 months!

This was the philisophy that I went into WW with this past summer... I was walking alot and doing my points and everything, then like a dumba$$ I hurt my foot really bad and no walking and the food plan went out the window... I flailed around for a bit and then gave up... then restarted low carb eating and I dunno..I just feel meh. I'm incorporating IF into things and I like that I don't have to worry about food 'cept for one block of the day cause I really am not too hungry throughout the day, but I dunno..I just don't *feel* anything...no motivation, no excitement, no nuthin... weirdest thing ever.. I know I wanna lose weight, I know I need to, I know how good i feel when I'm smaller, I just can't get it all together... life is spectacular right now and I dunno.... just having a really really great time living I suppose?
A shrink would make a fortune off me trying to disect my pea brain and all the weirdo thoughts that go on regarding weight loss in my head.

D- I wish I knew the secret to finding the motivation and determination. If I did I would share it with you and anyone who will listen to me LOL.

Tonight is ladies night at church. I'm eating there and I'm not sure what will be on the menu. Hope I can find something that wont cost me too many points.

Nikki you are doing super, I hope your success will encourage some others to try WW, rather than give up, the whole key to WL success is finding what works for you and that takes trial and error this works for you!!!! Keep it up! That 100 pound goal is getting really close!

Thanks Amber! I feel so much better then I did before I started this WOE.

The lady who provided our meal this month was so sweet. Knowing that I'm on WW, she made a fruit bowl for me. It was so thoughtful of her and yummy.

How was step class today? I used to love love love step classes..I dunno that I could do it now, I've somehow grown into the world's biggest klutz. Very sweet of you to have a party for the kiddos! ♥
