Thank you! I need a clean slate and start fresh! I've come this far and I don't want to blow it by making wrong choices. I am very sick this morning due to eating tomatoes and other bad things last evening.

My body has responded! Feels worse than a hangover!

Hi there. Just wanted to send you some words of support! I know you will figure this out in terms of what will work for you. I too have had some up and down struggles finding the best eating plan for me. And I PAY for my mistakes too! And then I tend to lose hope and think I am doomed, etc. But none of that is true. Today is a new day. We can't change the past but we can learn from it, and use that information to make better choices today.

YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Thank you so much!

I ate some Total with skim milk this morning and it did help a bit. Plan on drinking lots of water along with some healthy snacks.

For lunch, I'll have romaine lettuce with a sprinkle of feta, some red beans and ham pieces along with red wine vinegar and black pepper. Grapefruit for dessert.

Dinner: Garlic butter fish on a low-carb pita and hummus. Some nice red and green grapes to go along with it.

I must remember to start taking the Apple Cider Vinegar! I needs it!

Strength training, abs and 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training helps but really it all starts in the kitchen.

I did better eating wise today but my trainer explained I still am not eating enough during the day. I was practically dragging myself through my workout. I need to eat at minimum, protein, vegetables and fruit for lunch and dinner. Snacks need to be a slow-carb with a good fat/protein thrown. She recommended I drink a whey protein shake before I workout. For breakfast, eggs or oatmeal.

I'm glad you've got a good trainer!!! Without the proper nutrion you are kinda defeating all your efforts in the gym.

and have a marvelous Friday!!!!

I've been so busy today with work that there was no time to update. Sorry!

Hopefully, I can update this evening while doing some much need laundry.

The other night, my trainer and I took a nice little walk over to the Vitamin Shoppe and looked around for some supplements I need for my workouts. Along with the multi-vitamin I already take, she suggested these:

Caffeine
Green Tea Extract
BCAA's

She suggested I consume carbs such as oatmeal and low-carb pita bread in the morning and at lunch. And make sure I eat fruit, vegetable and protein with every meal. At dinner, a salad with vegetables, fruit and protein will do my body good. I need to keep away from foods that contain high amounts of sodium such as olives and hard cheese.

I must remember to eat during the day! And prepare all my meals and snacks ahead of time and most especially on the weekends. She is happy I am on WW PP since it is very flexible and can be tweaked at any time.

My workout plan: 5 days a week with one day of a fun activity. One day completely off. (20 minutes of cardio.) - 3 days a week of strength training.

Mondays: Chest/Back
Tuesdays: Cardio and Abs Only
Wednesdays: Shoulders/Arms
Thursday: Cardio and Abs Only
Friday: Fun activity
Saturdays: Legs
Sunday: Rest

This starts next Monday. We'll see what happens. I'm finishing out my week with doing what I do at the gym right now and staying within my dpt with WW.
