Very tired (Again!) Running on fumes and eating okay during the day but I want the energy to go to the gym. I managed to go last night and did fine but it throws my body out of whack.

Yes, I do.

In fact, I've noticed since taking the vitamin how thick my hair and nails are.

Yea if I didn't take one everyday after my DD was born... I was a mess!!! Lethargic and very sluggish!!! UUGGHHH. If you are BF... you should maybe eat more. Not sure if you are though. I know If I didn't eat enough while BF DD I would get dizzy spells.

Yes, I am! Excited today that I was able to fit into a US size 8 pair of pants this morning. I'll take it!

I've lost over 5lbs. already and slowly working on losing more for my mini goal of 10lbs. before we leave on our trip down to VA for Christmas week.

I've lost over 5lbs. and getting back into the groove after having my baby 3 months ago. My eating plan is basic. Whole grains, vegetables and protein. I'm avoiding the fruit at this time. Not in the mood for it I guess. Happy to report that my energy levels are slowly improving.
