I am so sad to see Cassandra go off to the sitter in the early morning. I realize it has to be done because I have to go to work but it is not easy.

Went to the gym after work last night. I was on the elliptical for about 20 minutes and jumped on the treadmill for another 5 minutes for a quick jog. I felt okay other than a little soreness. I can't lift heavy for another 2 weeks until I am fully heeled.

AAAAWWWW yea I was sad too when my daughter had to go to a sitter. It will be okay. For like the first month I called everyday just to her her coo and see how she was doing. Good job on going to workout!!! Stay motivated Lora.

My trainer emailed me today and said I need to focus on eating better too. Stress and lack of sleep is taking its toll. Exercise is great but if I'm mentally and physically drained then I will get sick which is the last thing I want.

She suggested I head to a Weight Watchers meeting tonight to get back on track, try to go to bed as early as possible after and then tomorrow head back to the gym. after work. And oh, DON'T FORGET TO EAT!!

You can do this Lora!!!! Just stay focused and on your WW plan and everything will fall into place. Are you still nursing?? Is the baby sleeping thru the night?? I know it will be hard to get enough rest with a little one around.

So which diet do you feel works the best? I'm going to weight watchers but then I read low carbs ,and how the fat disappears, because most all carbs eaten gets stored and if not used goes to fat,what ever happen to cal in cal out? I'm also a binge eater when i don't have a plan so what do you suggest?

My points for the day is 29 and it's easier to do more of a Paleo style of eating on WW than low-carb. WW emphasizes power foods. All fruit and non starchy vegetables are ZERO points.

I also would not eat any of WW products. Ugh! Nasty tasting and fake! If I weren't on WW, I'd try my hand at Atkins '72 since it involves real food and not the convenience chemical junk out there.

I'm throwing caution to the wind this weekend and doing a Stillman's QWL to get a head start on weight loss.
