I totally burned myself out on salads when I started SBD and then lcing. So I have them maybe once or twice a week at the most. I do like the Asian chicken salad at McDs for fast food when I have to grab something. I luv my fruit-my fav lunch in the heat is a homemade fruit salad and an iced skim latte.

After loading all my food into one of those calorie counters, I believe my cats eat more than I do!

I think some coconut oil is in order to raise my fat and calories...gee!

Not feeling at all good lately. My body has been going through some hormonal changes or something. Even with all the different foods, supplements, vitamins and workouts my trainer has tried desperately to help me with. I have no choice but to make a doctor's appointment and find out what is wrong with me.

I think it could be hormonal. I am going to eat a little more fat and calories today to see if it helps me.

Seems to be working so far. I feel good after my workout and eating dinner. Then again, my body is probably clearing itself of the carb explosion this past weekend.

By Wednesday, I will know for sure if my protein based plan is working correctly.

Thanks Pooti!

I know I need to eat more during the week to prevent overeating on the weekends. I am trying!

I'm chucking all my supplements and forgoing my vitamins this week. I think if I concentrate on my food and exercise I can pinpoint what is causing my bloating/swelling issues.

Let's see if anyone notices....

I am not pregnant!

Yet, my stomach is hard to the touch and it sticks out. My trainer told me to make an appointment right away and find out what could be wrong with me. It may be as simple as gas build up. Better be safe than sorry!

I definitely was feeling the blues last night but happily I did not cave in to Cheez-Its. I made an appt with the doctor but it won't be until next month due to Summer schedules. I am not in any pain and I feel okay. I'll keep trucking along.

My trainer wanted me to eat tonight.

Here was my meal:

Tuna with mayo, 3 fried eggs, 2oz. of chicken breast with Laughing Cow Light Cheese spread and a small low-carb pita. (I took a lactate pill.)

She told me while I was on WW, I did not have the bloat as I do now. Maybe eating a small bit of grains will help move things along. Give it a try and see.
