Wednesday 7/18- 211- Woohoo!!! Don't really expect it to stick though, had a busy day yesterday, so I only took in 1000 calories, I'll probably be up tomorrow from eating normally today, but lets hope not!

mmmmmmmm poppers.... ok, totally making these again tonight on the grill with different cheeses like Amber did!!!! I'm hungry now!!!

Went to a concert last night- Mark Termonti's solo project (he's the guitarist for Creed and Alterbridge- amazing musician) and it was awesome, it's been so long since I've been to a show, it was great to do, I had a lot of fun, plus my first show with Paul, so that was nice too
But I'm sooooooo tired!

Oh Sara I know I want those poppers again, I have 6 peppers so I figure tomorrow night Tony is home to man the grill, I am having fantasies about them! LOL I made that zuccini lasagna too, that was really good comfort food with little carbs, I love when there is something yummy to eat besides a boring hunk of meat!

hmmm... went down a bit, but not as much as I'd like. Boo. I am a slave to decimal points when it does this. so I can't help but post them, I tried not to, but at least it's nice to see something happening!

I made that 'mock peanut butter fudge' last night, it was really good!!! I made sure to track it properly and everything

I am trying not to drink for a few days, well actually the doctor told Paul not to drink for a few days (he has stomach issues) so I will be not drinking for a few days with him. I'm making a note of it to see if it effects my losses at all. Personally, I think I lose better when I have a few drinks as long as I track them and keep it within my limits. I guess we shall see!!!

I am looking on craigslist for a mini trampoline because rebounding sounds like it could be fun, plus I downloaded an MP3 of some subliminal thing that is supposed to make me want to be more active and work out lol, I'll let you all know how well it works haha

Also, probably worth it to note- some of you may know that I've been on Prozac going on 15 years now for depression/OCD and such (I hate being on it, always have) and I haven't taken it in over a week and I feel pretty good! Much easier for me to burst into tears, but I can deal with that as long as I am not ripping anyone's face off or ruining relationships (past side effects of deciding I "didn't need it"). So I am feeling pretty good about that. I think things are going well enough in my life and I am coping pretty well with everything that this might be the last time I stop taking it and I can stay off of it. Again, time will tell, but this is pretty cool to me!


So I want to do something special for dinner tonight, I was thinking steak and some kind of fancy low carb side... Suggestions?

Ooooh, that sounds good!!! I was thinking asparagus too! We decided on marinated artichoke salad from the butcher shop to compliment our awesome 13oz each bacon wrapped filet mignons They are going on the grill in a few mins, I can't wait!!!!!

So, I've been listening to subliminal recordings while I sleep at night (a playlist of 3 lol) and I think they might be helping me? I listen to 'Love to Exercise', 'Start Loving Yourself' and 'Happiness'. I swear I feel happier in the morning when I wake up, just waiting for that love of exercise to kick in!!!

I'm human though! I managed to resist them the rest of the weekend and made him bring them to work today to share haha

Today's plan- Water, water, water, tracking and attempting to do some sort of exercise, even if it's only a 10 minute walk around my neighborhood.

Walked 1.25 miles around the 'hood last night, planning to do it again today. Did well-ish with water, probably around 70oz.
