Girl, I'm here, just sucking wind. I refuse to get on the scale because I don't know what it will say, but I am damn sure I know what the mirror is saying. I don't know what my problem has been!! I've fallen back into all of my sh1tty old eating habits, binge eating, secret eating, spending tons of money on fast food, I don't know what to do with myself!!!!!!!!

I need to get a handle on things and hit this hard again, I've got to get focused.

Wednesday 7/11- 215- Back on track 100% today, Picked up my copy of '72 Atkins last night and started to re-read it for some inspiration. I cannot remain off track, I am miserable and ashamed of myself. I will get back to loving and taking care of myself starting now.
Thank you all for thinking of me and supporting me!!! I don't want to let my supporters (and most importantly myself) down anymore. I need this WOE in my life and I need to remain dedicated and active on this board.

Sara you are not alone vacation just packed a whopping 15 pounds so now to get them off quickly before the next I am doing VLC it is killing me but I have to do it, no more messing around! I dug out my notebook of recipes I need inspiration to keep me going, I will say day 3 though the sugar cravings are gone.

Sending hugs to ya honey Be nice to yourself and love yourself up. You ARE beautiful whether you're 130 or 300. You can do this, you've done it, you know the drill. We all know you are capable of doing this. On the flip side I totally know what you're feeling. It's taken me forever of messing around to finally get myself to commit completely and whole heartedly. There is no escape from food and for some of us that is daunting and stressful. Other addicts can make that obvious choice of staying away from their drug of choice but for us, food is a necessary evil that we need in order to even live. So frustrating, I know! Take it one day at a time, hour by hour, and each time you've made great choices those successes will add up to wonderful things for you!!!! The best thing is, you're here, you're posting.

Wednesday 7/11- 215

Friday 7/13- 214 I did well as far as carbs, but ate soooo much food. Gotta feed the hungries when they come to keep the carb monster away!!! I've learned that much!

But I have to say, I'm pretty bummed that it's very obviously not water weight, this is REAL fat that I packed on, which sucks. But it WILL come back off, if I stick to my guns.

Thinking again about doing WW for accountability, but a LC version, I just stress when I think about tracking and I don't want to spend the money really, so I guess that's a non-starter. lol. I have you guys for FREE accountability!!!!

I am, however, tracking for a bit starting today. It's day 3 back on plan, so I have no excuse to eat like a madwoman and need to get back down to normal low carb human portions
For example... last night I made bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed jalapenos (omg amazing- I only ate 3, but that's just because I only made 6 and -unwillingly- gave 3 to the boy lol) then I had a huge salad with caeser dressing, bacon pieces, cheese and onions and THEN had a gigantic (11oz) juicy lucy stuffed with bacon and american cheese. Plus 3 Michelob Ultra Ambers
So it's cool that I stayed the same as a low carb glutton, but that's not what I'm shooting for.

Sara it doesn't sound that bad except maybe the beers only cause of how we metabolize alcohol, but you lost,so who cares!!! Weren't you doing the IF thing? If you like eating a big meal at the end of the day maybe go back to that? That might be easier than trying to do WW or something totally new.
I lost 10 pound which was obviously water then was up 2 more as of today this is when I start to question everything and I need to just stop and say OK, you are not eating carbs it will catch up, I feel maybe the bloat is off and now it will be down to fat loss, I let some creep back on, I am so mad that I could not keep that 199 or get lower, we gotta do this hun, we are like hamsters on their wheel going round and round!

Monday 7/16- 215 Yuck. Back to IF as of today, no more snacky BS and eating too much food/sodium!!!!!!!!! I'm going to try like hell to track today, but I get distracted and if I miss one thing, I give up for the day lol

Dinner plan- mild jerk chicken breast on the grill with a big salad- romaine, cheese, onions, bacon bits and peppercorn ranch
