Ok I am back! Sorry I took so long to check in! I have been crazy busy cleaning out my house because we will most likely have a much smaller house when we move to Germany. Right now we have a 4 bedroom house with a garage (aka my storage unit), and will probably have a 2 bedroom flat w/o a garage once we move! I have also had to change all our arrangements for our summer vacation. I booked all of our airfare and hotels out of London for our Med cruise in August. I had to re book everything from Stuttgart and hotels in Barcelona instead. It has been a nightmare and unfortunately we were also out alot of money because of the cancelation fees :/
I had to ship my scale home (aka the spaceship) because I was over the weight limit in my suitcase so I just got it yesterday! I am pretty unhappy with my weight, but atleast I only gained a few pounds and not 10 or 20! I am still behind about 20 pounds from where I wanted to be in April. Oh well just keep on keeping on right? It will come off, plus TOM is any day now as well~ Let me tell you, travelling alone with a 3 yr old is something else! We spent the weekends with family and the weekdays in a hotel and checking in and out of hotels twice a week is a pain in the arse lol! I sure missed my husband the last 6 weeks!! I missed all my friends here at LCF sososo much I am sorry it has been so long since I have updated you all! I promise I will try to come here as often as possible, but things are going to get crazy (or crazier lol) for me in the next few weeks. We still do not have a definite date that we are moving, buy my husband says he thinks mid May so we will see.. I was pretty good on my diet while I was gone, with 3 or 4 cheat days thrown into the mix. I am hoping I am holding some water and can make it into the 70's by May 1st! I am going really really strict on my diet this week! 4/21~ 286.5 :/ Have a great day!

Good grief it seems like you have gone forever!!!!!! I am so sorry we couldn't hook up this time, I know you were busy and had little man, and then my surgery, but I was thinking of you! You sure have a lot on your plate now. Getting busy with all the moving will be good exercise and you will be too busy to eat, LOL You did good weight wise being home all that time, in Phila the fattest city in PA, can you believe that? WOW I am so jealous though I always wanted to see Germany you will have to post lots of pics for me! I am sooooooooooo glad you are back!!!!!! Love ya hun! Amber

Casey it is great to see you back in action. You was greatly missed. I know exactly what you mean being on your toes with a little one. Jeriah just turned 1 this past Monday. He keeps me hopping that's for sure. I can never let him out of my sight. You did fantastic weight wise. You know how the plan works and you proved it. You could have been well over 300 again but you knew how to work it. I am proud of you!!!!!

Casey it is so good to see you back. As you can tell the daily weighers thread is being run by aliens, I feel like a stranger there. I'm sure you will love Germany at least I pray you will. My dad was in the military till I was out of high school, next door was a man who was in the service with my day..he has a 100% german wifey who was a total witch, she had a keg set up in their living room, seems to me she would have been happier.

Happy Easter to my girls!!! I was going to dye easter eggs this morning with my son. I put a dozen eggs to boil on the stove and totally forgot about them!! Our kitchen and living area are in different rooms.. I finally was like "what is that god awful smell" and omg THE EGGS hahaha half of them were busted open and the other half were all brown inside. Thank GOD I didn't burn the house down!!! Off to buy more eggs, but I have to wait until Chris gets home to buy them on base at the commissary. Our local market only sells brown eggs,which don't work well for coloring LMAO!

Oh no....that sucks. I've done that. UGH!!!! I boiled 36 today. They are drying on the counter right now. My dh's nephew and his girl friend are coming over tonight to dye them with us. I started laughing when Kevin (my hubby) told me because they are 23 years old and they called and asked if he could come do it with us. He knew Trevor (my 9 year old) would be dying eggs and they wanted to do them too. Funny!!!!

Aww how cute!!!
I was lucky I bought 2 dozen eggs this week! I thought I had only bought 1 dozen! My son would have been so dissapointed! They turned out cute. I forgot to put the Charlie Brown Easter stickers that I got in his basket, (I wrapped it all up in cellophane) so I just let him stick them on the eggs.  |
