Aw Glenda! I know how you feel. I have been there many many times. You need to eat clean for a while then you will see a big loss. That will get your mojo back! You are like me, when the losses slow down you become lax with your plan. I have been having a hard time cheating too lately... We can do this mama! I think it helps when you don't let yourself get hungry. thats when the carb monster comes out to play.. So I think you should just do meat eggs and fat for a week. Give yourself this week! I am sure you will lose alot! I will do it with you!

We are so settled here! My son is in school! We would have to sell our car in weeks! I don't know what i'm gonna do. They gave us literally NO notice! UGHHHH!! Wow! That gives you like 2 1/2 weeks!! Dont you have to give a 30 day notice where you live? Plus pack, and OMG there is so much work in moving!! Trust me I just moved 2000 miles and it took a good month to get things in order! Good luck!

My husband is a contractor not military so there is pretty much no rules... We would have to ship across water so everything would go into a container and it would probably be like 1-2 months till we got our stuff. We would have to live in a hotel until then ugh! Last time everything got delayed in customs and we didn't get our stuff until October and we moved in mid August!!!!

This usually NEVER happens, but Obama just did a crapload of Department of Defense budget cuts so the other person who was in Germany got sent home so now they want us to go there. OY!

OMG!! Do they at least hire movers to help??? Some employers do that but if they are going to give such short notice, they should be willing to help since your whole life is being turned upside down!! Geesh!

it happens to military families too (thankfully not often and never to us.) BLECH I'm so sorry... and not, too, because I LOVE Germany ~so I have Deutschland envy!

Have the zwiebelrostbraten (Yum!)
RUN from the bakery!
Go to a Tchibo shop and get some African Blue Kaffee (spelled in English) Oh how I miss this.... though I do drink Tchibo exclusively, still!

Casey- I have to say although not a good situation on short notice, I would so love to go to Germany, I used to speak fluent German, I took it from 7th grade thru college, where I grew up in Lancaster with the Amish and stuff, PA Dutch is a combo of German and Dutch, I have never been and would so love it!

Ich liebe dich!

I love you!

One thing German is more phonetic like English many of the words sound the same, honestly when I was in England with their accents it was like another language, LOL

Oh girl life is throwing the curves but you can do it, you got a wonderful hubby and he will guide you!

I can not say one word in German LOL! I am just a little bummed because there was so muchmore i wanted to see in England. We have planned vacationsand paid for airfare for 5 different things out of heathrow plus booked and pre paid airport hotels ugh so it is some financial hits we are taking as well...It will be a cool experience tho. I know what you mean about the English accents haha I walked around with a question mark on my head for like the first six months living here haha!!

Hmmm.... Germany eh? I can do Germany! lol, well maybe me coming out will be your excuse to go back to England for a week!

I understand how you feel that you have to pull the little one out of school and uproot yourself, but think about it this way, you'll be back in the states soon enough and now you can really say you got the absolute MOST you could get out of having to be over there, right?

Well maybe you can transfer the tickets for something else for a fee. I can't imagine not having anybody and be so far from home. Heck I can't catch up with some of my frends much but know if I needed to have an emergency friend day, they would show....eventually..LOL Maybe you can get a German Rosetta stone! I know it sucks. But we're here for you!!!
