I eat alot of veggies. I like the pickled jalepenos too!!!!!! You are doing soooo good! I drink coffee every morning with the hwc and usually an atkins bar. SOmetimes I get a steak burrito from McDonalds and remove the tortilla and the potatoes. Heres what I had today.
B~coffee w/hwc~atkins bar
L~low carb chicken fajita~diet 7up
s~diet 7up 2 of the little slim jims
D~1piece of chicken breast w/salsa and broccoli
and I'm having a hot tea w/splenda and hwc right now

Am I eating too much???????

No it looks really good! I always get 2 dbl cheeseburgers at mcd's! I ate them twice last week and lost 20 lbs go figure! I also like hot tea w HWC at night it helps curb those late night munchies. If you keep your menu simple you will do well! Yours looks good Glenda!!

Oh and i am leaving out all the low carb stuff like the dreamfields pasta, tortillas etc. until maintenence. I dont lose well at all if i am not eating mostly "clean"

I love love love the dress, and yes spanx are in order for everything I swear, nothing more depressing than losing then having this droopy skin, God I am going to be the bride of Frankenstein when I am done, I am going to need some serious nipping and tucking!

WOW you are coming home in April again? How exciting, just know you will hold water like a camel but it will come off, be mentally prepared and you will be fine! And the cruise in August? WOW that sounds so romantic, take advantage of the travel you can now, it is a blessing and a curse being overseas so might as well make the most of it!

You are so flipping beautiful inside and out that whatever weight you are on that cruise, you will still be the shining star! And yes you need to get your booty home so me you me and Martini can have a major shopping expedition that includes no plus sizes!!!!!!!

I was 268. Only lost a half lb. I am soooo proud of you and the other girls esp the ones like you and Reva who can lose like 100lbs in 6 months! I wanna do that. It gets a little discouraging. I know it works and I will continue. Just want it off ASAP!!!!!!!! Know what I mean I love ya girl. You are just "all that and a bag of chips" LC ones of course!!!!!!!

Hi Lisa, I know we can! When I see where some lose like the 100 lbs in 6 months or whatever it's like.......ok so how can I do that?.....know what I mean? I am soooo happy for them, dont get me wrong. I just wonder if the way we're eating is so different or our metabalism or what...........

Glenda, I personally think they work much harder than I do, and that's why they lose so fast. More power to them and much respect! I'm too lazy and seem to only do the very bare minimum, which equals a slow loss. But, it's still a loss and I'm still going!

Thanks Angela, Yeah, that makes sense. I am liberal with my carbs and I do not count because I couldnt do the plan if I had to do all that. Thanks for the ah! ha! moment!!!!!

Glenda my love, didn't you say you have PCOS? That may have something to do with a slow loss. My personal opinion is I think you should go on a strict induction for a few weeks, I think you will be amazed at how much you lose. Or maybe even a modified fat fast? If you are willing to commit to a more strict diet, I will help you with your menus. YOU can do this Glenda! Please don't give up. I know you want to lose weight and with determination you will! I also think the reason Reva and I lost a little faster than others is because we were pushing 400 lbs! It will slow down soon for us too! Plese dont give up! Love you mama!

Yeah Glenda everyone is so different, Reva is a machine but she is also very dedicated and in control, I enjoyed my occasional "off eating" although it sucked gaining that weight and the up and down, I will take it, and life is life, when we go back to Vegas for the wedding I plan on eating and then I know it is right back on it. You will drive yourself mad wondering what can you do differently, but honesly stick to meat, eggs, cheese and lettuce for 2 weeks, and I guarantee you will lose 10 pounds, the more strict the better the results!
