Back on the wagon
Not sure of my weight today, I was about 160 again the last time that I weighed a few days ago. I started TOM today, so I am sure I am about the same.
No more obsessive calorie counting for me for awhile. I am going to try to follow the Primal Blueprint as may WOE. I am actually trying to remove gluten completely from my eating. It has creeped in and I feel like crap! I can barely breathe through my nose, , my throat is closing up, I am gassy and bloaty, no good!

Today's menu:
B- Coffee with coconut milk and coconut oil, 1 stevia
2 slices Applegate farms turkey bacon (YUM!!), 3 eggs cooked in coconut oil
L-salad with grilled chicken, goat cheese, EVOO drizzle
D- Bunless cheeseburger, keilbasa, salad

Movement: Shooting for 12,000 steps on my pedometer

Well, Here I am again, another New Years Day, another year to try to accomplish my weight loss goals.
I will post an official weigh-in tomorrow. I am sure it's around 165 lbs. though, I have been hanging around that weight for a few months. Busting out of my clothes, I have become very friendly with my yoga pants because I have exactly 1 pair of jeans that fit me. I was about 16 lbs. less last year at this time. It's funny because I can lose and maintain alright in the fall/winter, but summer rolls back around (when I really want to look the best, Hello...Bathing suits ?!?!!!) and I pack on the pounds again (too much potato salad and drinking alcohol) I think. So this year I started gaining in June and July, and basically have kept it up until now, So, here we go again....

Today's food:

B- 3 eggs, 2.4 oz. deli ham, cooked in coconut oil, 1 coffee with Coconut milk creamer vanilla and cinnamon (trying to cut out artificial sweetners)

L- 3 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon cooked in Coconut oil

S- a few bbq chips (WTH?????), Hot tea (black)

D- Pulled pork (cooked in the crock pot all day!)

Total calories: Estimated 1,600

Today's exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill (says a 250 calorie burn)

Looking to lose about 30 lbs. and maintain a healthy lifestyle (weight, movement, mind, etc.)

As I was enjoying some free time with my thoughts today, I have a few resolutions/intentions for the upcoming year.

1. Exercise daily, a 30 minute walk on the treadmill at a minimum. Looking back, I have been pretty darn sedentary for the past year, using my free time to sit on my buns and play on Facebook/message boards. Continue my 3-4 yoga classes per week at the studio.

2. Unplug!!!! I have just today deactivated my Facebook account. My children are used to seeing me on my phone or laptop constantly, not fair to them, they deserve my attention. Also, Facebook is a total waste of time, I would rather put my time into real person to person connection. My children deserve my attention and being present, poor little buggers see my back turned on them with my face in the laptop most of the time :-(

3. Gratitude, Be grateful and appreciate what I have, I have a great life!

4. Eat better, no more gluten, it's evil and make me fat, my knees ache, blotchy, spotted skin, grumpy, etc. I need to keep it out of my body!!

That's all for now.

1/2 way through Down day, so far so good!
Had my breakfast and lunch and having a cup of hot tea. It's 2:30 now, held off on my breakfast until 10:30 and ate lunch at 1:00. Probably will have an early dinner at 3:30 and call it good, probably will go to bed early tonight with the kids around 7-ish. I am not a nice hungry person...Lol.

Ugh, so the sickness (vomiting) has been going through my house and I finally got it last night. I think I threw up all of my Up day food from yesterday.

Today is a down day, and so far have just had 2 coffees, I don't dare to eat.

I will post my menu later.

Ok, I will try this again, haven't been able to log a post for the past few days, I would type out a big post, hit post and then it would be gone, so frustrating.

So, instead of typing out my food logs, I will just enter calories for the past two days.

1/9/13 Total calories: DD 359
1/10/19 Total calories: UD 1,738

Haven't posted for a few days, I tried to write out a few posts, hit reply and they were gone...GRRR!!

So, I will just post calorie totals for the past few days:

Jan. 8th: 1,965
Jan. 9th: 359
Jan. 10th: 1,738
Jan. 11th: 1,754
Jan. 12th: 868
Jan. 13th: 1,807

So, as you can see, I have had a rough time sticking to calorie numbers and rotations. I was sick a few of those days, and also I am now 7 days late on my period and I am usually like clockwork. Panicking a bit because we are going on vacation in one week from today and my weight is up, 162.6 and having my period on our tropical beach vacation was NOT part of the plan, so I better start soon!
A little worried about messing up my hormones badly with this type of fasting :-( It can't be good if it messes with your monthly cycle. Not to mention, I definitely have the PMS symptoms, and have for 2 weeks now, SUCKY!!!

L- 11 oz. potatoes

D- I am thinking I will mix it up and have 3 eggs and some deli ham cooked up with Pam
