Man with the amount of restroom visits I had yesterday, I was hoping I'd be down to 238! Not sure what's going on here. Maybe too much snacking? Decided to buy some Choline yesterday to add to my supplement regimen after the thread here on Fatty Liver (which I've had in the past, probably still have to a certain extent) mentioned the link between choline deficiency and fatty liver disease.

Realistically it looks like I'm in the middle of a 6-week stall so far:

Just got back from my first anniversary getaway... Didn't weigh this weekend and don't want to know, LOL. Had a token share of carby desserts and a couple rolls, some spaetzle, not to mention a muffin this weekend. This is on top of very fatty and rich meals. Still no keto-breath yet so the rest of the week will be a re-induction experience, although most of my weeks are like that to an extent anyhow... so I'm not too worried. Here's hoping it somehow broke my stall!

Woohoo dragon breath is coming back I think... Hahaha

Had no breakfast this morning, don't feel I need it, I've eaten plenty this weekend lol... most I had yesterday after the huge brunch we had (OMGWTWRAFDSAADFSJKASDF) was pork rinds and a slimjim and I'm still not that hungry. Might have some tea w/ liquid stevia and heavy cream.

Ya I'd say, faster than I thought!

I kept up with my Choline supplements all weekend, taking 3 capsules (300mg choline each) every meal, and I have experienced the "warmth" and slight sweatiness in my skin, along with a substantially improved ability to function without food for longer periods of time without much hunger. Lol after saturday morning's huge breakfast I didn't feel even slightly hungry until ~9 hours later, and an hour or 2 after that I had dinner. I hope that speeds things up. Getting rid of liver fat and getting my liver's lipid metabolism in optimal condition seems like it's a good thing.

woohoo! Bicycling weather is just about here... went out for a good ride last night, mainly to get the mail (was all junk) but after returning home I thought... yeah what the hell might as well go around the neighborhood some more. Glad I did, that RANS Fusion bicycle I bought last february is awesome! gotta ride more and get used to it. Thankfully I have today off, but unfortunately it's chilly and about to rain... argh.

Was bad tonight... took my wife out for french food, had dessert and wine Whoops! lol
I'm coming to grips with the fact that such indulgences are okay once in a while... After our little baby girl is born I doubt we'll be going out much like ... ever, lol, so I might as well live it up while I got time. At least we won't be starving on peasant food (my new name for bread + other carbs) after she's born, as I intend to grill all the meats I want!

Not bad given the indulgence! Well worth it, I'd say! When is your baby due??

She's due July 20 but it'll probably be a little before then (scheduled C-section)

You know a thought just occurred to me--I wonder if there's a physiological reason why traditional meals have evolved to put Dessert as the *last* meal. Maybe the delayed digestion of the sugar helps prevent a significant amount of the main course's fat from getting stored?

Had a burger last night with the bun (everything was stuck to it, figured might as well eat it...) but oh well. Not a common occurrance that I have a burger.

Whoa lol dunno where that came from... must be retaining a lot of water? Had plenty of salty ham so that might be.

Heh actually I wonder if the water gain is due to muscle swelling -- last night's bike ride was pretty intense with the hills, my muscles don't really hurt much but I can tell some of them were tight & swolen. Need to do some yoga too, been over a week.

I'm starting to believe there's a combination of digestive food mass and water retention behind this morning's magical 2.2lb gain, and I'll be curious to see what it looks like by Wednesday...

No bicycle riding, just mowed the lawn and rode the motorcycle out into town for some small groceries (after riding the M/C to and from work, haha)
