yep ate a lot more monday than I did over the weekend... had 2 atkins bars, a couple 0-cal sodas, a modest breakfast (think I had leftover rotisserie chicken w/ mustard), decent lunch and a large dinner. I just got my new bicycle last night so I should see the pounds start dropping a bit sooner once the weather cooperates...

Hadn't weighed the past 2 days cause I was on a business trip, tried to eat low carb the whole time but snuck in some carbs here & there (and some wine, and a huge steak dinner... mmm)
Back on track this week, and with my new bicycle I can't wait to go riding when the weather warms up.

Nice way to end the week! Yesterday I didn't eat too terribly much, except filling myself with BBQ in the evening but I also did car work in the morning and tested out my new bicycle for an hour or so... still sore from that!

Amazing I'm actually down when I ate a lot of food yesterday! Course I did have a fair amount of caffeine, so that might've been just water weight.

HAAA!!! YEAH BABY YEAH

Last night we had a big dinner party with 7 other friends and 2 of them do Atkins, but to accommodate us everyone did Atkins-friendly sides and meals... it was great!

Got to eat an appetizer of mushroom stuffed with spinach and butter with spices, the main course was roasted chicken (I did it on the big green egg, it turned out fantastic--VERY tender and juicy while still fully done) with a broccoli/cheese/bacon salad with mayo and stevia, and the fellow Atkins dieters made a "potato salad" using cauliflower and bacon, then dessert we had some kind of low-carb cake (tasted like a soft brownie). Yum! And with all that I still ended up making a new all-time low...

Lol, same starting weight as last week! Had some carbs yesterday in the form of a crepe, at a creperie shop in Lancaster ... a "philly cheesesteak" styled one. Then dinner at an awesome italian place in Philadelphia (Ralph's) with all low-carb foods involved. Yum.

YEAH BABY YEAH! LOL I didn't eat much yesterday, had a nice omelette for breakfast and then spent all day working on my wife's car... drank 2 sodas, didn't have much water and then had steak in the evening (along with lots of water). Had carbs (berries & cream, some breyer's carbsmart ice cream) in the evening too lol.

lol I expected it to be higher than that, I had a LOT of food yesterday and still no yoga. But it was mostly low-carb so that's interesting. This week's been a little on the stressful side unfortunately.
