Amber Tiggy is so wise! Can't wait to hear about your trainer. I would feel more comfy with a woman, even if she is ripped. Since they still know the realities of women's bods etc. You know?

on the sex drive btw. Yah. Sucks. Nuff said.

Ok trainer post I had to come home and tell you girls!

I was thinking that going to this tonight was going to be less fun than say giving birth to a 12 pound heifer or having my fingernails pulled out by the roots, and guess what? The trainer, Dawn, is the sweetest woman ever, her son and my son played on the same baseball team last year and we worked the concession stand together! How wierd is that?????
We were always talking about the kids and never mention jobs plus had she mentioned she worked at a gym I would have been like........ whatever.......fat butt doesn't do gyms! LOL

So she worked my ass for 1 hour 15 minutes! OMG they are so nice there, honestly I cant say I noticed not one person staring at me in horror nor did I even notice one person she had me so focused on what I was doing! She is a sweetheart I wanted to just hug her afterward in all my sweaty heart pounding glory! She said she will work with me 3 times a week all free, and she will call me if I am not in there at least 3 times a week, it was like a gift from heaven! I am soooooooooooo feeling good about this! You know I had an elliptical a bike a treadmill, etc sold them all since never used them, and imagine me miss I never sweat pounding out 40 minutes on cardio, and then doing these strength training things, God I feel so good sitting here in my sweaty underwear and bra, LOL
She promised me she will do all she can to help me look as firmed as possible by the wedding!

I am so happy I just want to bust!

Ok meals;

B- shake
s- lanuba belgium waffle, calling them a waffle is a stretch it is more like a dunking cookie for your coffee 4 carbs
L- pork enchilada but didn't eat the tortilla just the meat
D- chicken in basil pesto cream sauce, 2 net carbs in 1/4 cup I don't like a lot of sauce anyway the carb kings had whole wheat pasta

WOW I feel good! I am ready to be more inspired watching Biggest Loser!

I love you girls, I feel like with all my buddies here and now the dearest woman at the gym, I can finally do this!

Wow! That's awesome! I'm jealous! I've been paying $67 a month for the family membership at the YMCA. There's not one that's less than 20 minutes from my house, and their "trainers" are a joke! Is this a major gym franchise, Amber? I'd love to tan again too!!! I'm getting soooo pasty! LOL!

Oh I am sooooo excited for you!!!! That is so awesome you found a trainer you're comfortable with. Amazing deal on the gym. Most places I have been to the training packages start at about $45/session.

No smoking no smoking no smoking!!!!! Wishing you luck and sending good prayers your way!

I bet you are going to love going to your trainer! I can't wait to watch your progress. You are going to do great! So have you stepped on the scale yet? Is it below where you were before Christmas? I bet it is!!!!

Hey I had a clean Down Day yesterday and I'm back in the saddle!!!! And this morning instead of having some decadent meal, I had a grass fed whey protein shake in my coffee! Not nearly as much fun but something that is gauranteed to make the weight leave me! See? You are inspiring me to get over my bad self and get down to business!!!!! BTW, we want more piccys! Maybe snap a few today on your drive down to Philly with your client and boss! JK!!!!! Have a good day sweetie!

I told ya it wouldn't be so bad. I said the same thing about myself going. Why the heck did I wait so long to join a gym. Your membership and mine are almost alike.

Well not a lot of funnies today it was more like can I drive the car into the Rocky steps of the museum and kill myself!

Started with my boobie smashing and guess what the lady that does my mammogram said your breasts are smaller, what happened did you take implants out, I am like NO but I lost weight she said she had to note that so they don't think she missed somethhing! I said OMG you just made my day, although next year you will be heaving them off the floor if they get any more deflated, LOL So she goes on to tell me that she doenst want her husband to join a gym cause she is afraid that women will hit on him, I'm like well the last thing I am thinking about at the gym is hitting on a dude in all my sweaty no make up glory!

So go to get client makes me wait 40 minutes then we get totally lost the GPS sucks, so since he is important I got my boss to approve me getting a new GPS, so I am ordering that right away before he changes his mind, so then all these great places in Phila and my boss takes us to a freakin diner, the same one I was at with him a few weeks ago, and he gets a $72 parking ticket, then traffic the whole way home, good grief catering to 2 men who think they are God was hard work, I called Tony and said dude dont ask me for anything tonight! LOL
So that is it! 5 hours in the freaking car and no smoking, but I lived I am really hoping the gym will help me kick these cigars I gotta quit!

Poot- I weigh on Friday I don't get on everyday cause the up/downs of day to day kill me, but I better be in the 250's I have been pretty strict!

Amber

So meals today:
Breakfast: Atkins shake, didnt take the metformin cause I was afraid of a poopy accident in the car! LOL

Lunch- omelete and bacon w/side of tomatoes

Dinner- made tony go fire up the grill and make turkey burgers which I ate with splenda pickles and salad, yum God I love those bread and butter pickles with splenda, I love to wrap lunch meat around them for lunch.

Didn't drink enough water cause I was afraid of that accident too so now I am chugging and I am starving, I think a regular burger is more hearty than a turkey burger but maybe will keep starving I should not be hungry with what I ate.

Sorry to hear you had a rather challenging day. You got through it though! Tough gal you are. Dealing with 2 men who think they are god sounds like no fun.

hey at least you got a new GPS out of it . I hate the bloody things sometimes. They took me on a rather adventurous route through single dirt lane roads surrounding lakes where I thought I was going to be lost forever and ever while trying to find a highway. I never trust the buggers anymore. I think I like the iphone maps app much better but probably because I can see the entire route vs some annoying chicky yipping at me. Although, if you want a bit of fun put the finnish or norweigan voice on - it is SOOO funny how she talks. Like singing almost.

If you're hungry go have a small snack. Turkey burgers don't fill me up so well so I know what you're saying.
