Marie's ( SweetPoison2) HHCG Experiment!

Hey Guys ~

So here it goes. I have been reading and reading, and researching and reading more. Here is my plan ~ I reserve the right to tweak things as I go along.


Diet Plan:

I will follow the DASH Diet. This diet caters to lowering high blood pressure and cholesterol. I will not take anymore medications. It has been two weeks since my itching reaction. I am so done with that. I have two friends on DASH and the results were amazing and weight loss as well. They emphasize lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains.

I can't open Safari at this moment, or I would get my eating plan they suggested.

Bottom line. I am sick of meat and eggs. AND I want to eat what I want when I want it in moderation and I will die trying to make this my WOE.

I gave up smoking and Starbucks Fraps ~ saved over $300 a month. Two years ago, pretty much.

I am not giving up diet soda, or HWC I put in my coffee. Or popcorn and my Junior Mints at the movies. Ever.

This is my plan and I AM going to lose 75lbs. Okay. 50lb at first.

Exercise:

I run two miles a day ~ But I am going to start running 2 miles on Friday, Saturday and Sundays only. I don't run to lose weight per se', but if I don't then my back will go out and my feet will fall off. Seriously.



This is all I have right now ~

I am ordering my HCG today ~ from Netrition. Could someone please tell me what it means to "activate the HHCG"? Which brand you ordered and why?

Feel free to chime in and any and all suggestions are welcome!

Good plan to activate the drops is to tap the bottom of the bottle 10 to 15 times before dosing.

Now some things I don't like and will substitute, and the Dinner is way to much food!




Here is an example of a DASH daily menu:



Breakfast

Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Wheaties® with Skim Milk Topped with Ripe Raspberries

Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin with a Smear of Light Cream Cheese



Lunch

Turkey and Light Swiss Cheese on Whole Wheat, Smothered with Cranberry Sauce,

Topped with Romaine Lettuce Leaves

Minestrone Soup

Coleslaw



Snack

Nectarine

Handful of Almonds



Dinner

Italian Bread Dipped in Olive Oil

Grilled Salmon with Barbecue Sauce

New Petite Red Potatoes

Haricots Verts Dusted with Crushed Hazelnuts

Hearts of Romaine Lettuce Spiked with Grape Tomatoes, Olive Oil Vinaigrette

Very Berry Sundae

(Strawberries, Blueberries, and Blackberries on Light Vanilla Frozen Yogurt)

yes everytime you use the drops tap the bottle before then take your 10 drops or whatever.

Thank You! I just got back from the store and spent $123 and I didn't buy any meat! I got fruits, veggies, whole grain crackers, whole grain bread and pasta...., hope it taste better than it looks!

Thanks, Deb. I am on the 2000 calorie plan. OMG. That is a lot of calories. I felt as though I was always eating yesterday, and still tapped out at 1288 calories by days end!

What I am doing now is getting use to eating lots of fruits and dare I Say? Veggies! I don't like any veggies except corn, so I am drinking a lot of V8 juice as I love that!

I forgot my lunch yesterday so I stopped at Mcdonalds which I NEVER eat and got a Angus Snack wrap ~ no sauce.

OMG. IT was sooooooooooooo good. I just wish I had my LC tortillas with me. Some of the things I am stayin with are:

Splenda
LC Tortilla

I am sure there are more ~ I am really proud of me doing this. I have wanted to for so long, but to learn, yet again, another way of EATING?? Crapums. When does it end. I will have this woe down by the times my drops come.

I have decided that I am not going to Load. I think that is when we eat and eat anything we want. I can't do that. I say that now!! I hope the drops still work as effectively!

YES, and they are grotesque... I have some in my journal on page 53 I think? the other full body ones are in our original HCG Non Simeons thread. I'll see what page..

I found them! So...you have taken 75lbs off of those pictures right? They are not that bad, Deb! You have so inspired me here! I will post mine ~ they are within the year but I have not changed, wore the same clothes yesterday, actually! And I am not blonde anymore!

oh they are that bad... anyway, that was my highest weight of 282and I weighed 275 in July when I started HHCG.
