I agree with Julie... experiment and find what works best for your body and chemistry. I have found for ME, I can use the drops with higher cals and maintain, but when it is time to LOSE.. I have to go low calorie also.

That is why I enjoy the cycling during most of my weight loss phase. I have to go LOW like 600 cals to 800 to lose.. then on the alt days I want to lock in that loss. I eat more food to keep me sane, but I know I probably will not have a loss that day. The following day I have to go LOW again to lose again. That is just how my body works. Everyone will obviously have different results.

Good luck and glad you are feeling better!!!! I doubt you have just water in your drops.. especially at that price..

I am glad you figured out what was making you feel like crap, I agree I dont think they are water as you got them from a reputable source, I would also keep taking them and try and eat more protein and veg to help fill you up but lower cals to see if that helps any. I really hope you find something that works.

I so can't believe the difference in how I feel. I guess I will be on Wellbutrin forever.

Darn it.

Thanks you guys for always returning to my boring thread! I can't believe I have gained another three pounds, though.

I will keep plugging along!!

Two more pounds! It is a slow thing, but I suppose it is working. I wonder, when the days that we load, can we load just for one meal? Or does it have to be all day thing?

Woot 2 more lbs is great some people just eat a few high fat meals, if you have been eating high fat before this plan then I dont think you have to stuff yourself and load for 2 days, you can just have a good high fat meal and you should be good to go.

Oh Good! Now how often would you do this? Oh, I forgot. One more pound this morning!

Yay another lb bites the dust you do the fat load before you begin a new round if you have had a 14 day break in between rounds, protocol says to load if it is over the 14 days if it is under 14 days no need to load.
