THIN? OMG. After I lose some more I will take off my cardigans. These are now. I carry my weight well, trust me. My camera just died so I am waiting for a new one from HSN. Actually I got one and had to send it back and then they are out of them! LOL. So I am waiting now for a new one.

Well thanks. I needed that. I so forgot to weigh myself when I went into clean at 2AM. I am our janitor for our office! I love it. Clean my own office.


Anyways! I hope all is going well on everyones journals. I don't see how you guys have time to answer everyone!

I have found these crackers. They are so good! And these nuts ~ great. I have to eat a certain amount of nuts a week. That is hard. I also found this great little lunch bag at Costco, which is packed with my lunch for today.

3 pieces of thin ham on two slices of ww whole grain bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and hot mustard. OMG. Can we say healthy?

10 baked chips
2 sweet pickles
1/2 cup of raspberrys
and my diet pepsi!

Guess what I got yesterday! YUP. UPS rang my doorbell and left it behind a bush.

I so hate when they do that. What if someone stole it and would I get another one at no charge?

So...I have not opened it as it came rather late last night and had a really long day yesterday! I am going to open today!

Do these drops have a taste? Please tell me they don't taste like anything...

You are too sweet. I needed this today and I thank you. My doctor called me today and wanted to see if I had started back on my meds I took for three days and had an allergic reaction from hell ~ it was for high cholesterol.

I told her I was doing the Dash Diet and I didn't wanna take meds ever again. She then said that I need to do exercise one hour a day.

One hour a day. To bring this down without meds. She scared me. Perhaps I should try a different med....

Anyways ~

I hope you guys are well! I really need to open that darn box and get going....I don't know what is wrong with me...

Thanks, Deb! I have been so busy. These drops are like water. I thought they would be oily. Lol!

So ~ how do you guys take yours? I can't count 7 drops while in my mouth. What I did was put the 7 drops in a teensy teensy dish and then put it under my tongue.

Ahhh Interesting way to do it!! I counted the first few times then I just noted how much that was on the dropper. I just use half a dropper now all the time... easier for me to remember..

.. sorry dear... yes the drops are working for ya already!! you are full and I know that feeling! Hang in there!! you don't have to over feed yourself tomorrow. just eat good fatty things and you should be fine.. Drops are getting rid of your appetite!!

Well ~ tell me. Do or should I take my drops, Deb, the dinner ones, if I don't feel like eating? Why waste the drops, right?

I can't possibly eat one more thing. Weight today is 233.

Today:

Breakfast:

3 eggs
3 sausages
2 pieces of ww toast with gobs of butter and my fav jelly in the whole world
Coffee


Lunch:


1 Slice of pizza
Ham, lettuce, pickle, cheese, mayo sandwhich
Cheese puffs

THEN:

2 hours later I had the biggest hot fudge sundae from Baskin and RObbins!


I can't eat dinner. BUT I did have my 64 oz of water!!

You can take the drops at any time .. it does not have to be before a meal. Sorry I missed that last time. I used the drops continuously because I want them to stay in my system. If you don't feel like eating, then don't force it but you should probably continue the drops.

I know it seems like a waste, but keeping them steady is a good thing..

Thank you, Deb! I will take the drops even if I don't eat.

I weighed in at work this morning and I gained 3lbs. I was 233 yesterday now I am 236.

And No. It isn't the water. I was a darn sponge yesterday. Do you think I should eat lots of fat today and tomorrow?

I have only had 2 doses and just took my third one.

I hope you are doing well, Deb!!

Well If It were ME.. I would concentrate on Fatty foods that are not high in carbs also.. MEAT... Eggs... cheese... good fats.. things like that..!! You will lose it quickly when you go LOWER on your cals.. in a couple of days..

Well its droppin the wrong way right now!!

I have to say I feel sooooooooooooo full. I have not had any water, yet today and I just had a cup of milk, cherrios and 10 raspberries.

I can't eat fat any more. I so must eat light. I can't do eggs, meat and cheese. I just can't.

I need to find the way to eat properly and for life. I do feel the drops are really controlling hunger though! I dreamt about those darn drops all night!!

Anyone else have strange dreams?

Not good. I read somewhere that someone thought their drops were water. I'm thinkin the same thing!


I have gained another 3 pounds. I have had a few load days ~ perhaps not enough fat? I really don't want to load anymore.

There is something else ~

For the last month or so, not even, I have never felt worse. I was thinking it was my lit bit high blood pressure or the fact my cholesterol is 267. Or the fact I stopped Low Carb and am doing the Dash Diet.

All I have been doing is feeling so much like a slug and crying and snacking so much! Nothing bad ~ just wanting to eat the house.

I couldn't think of WHY. WHY all of a sudden I feel like crap the last month and no energy and quick to tears. I never cry. I run two miles a day, and I have not in 3 weeks. No energy.

Saturday night it hit me:

I stopped my Wellbutrin. I had been on it for 2 years for smoking. I got the pills down to just one a day ~

But I wanted off of them. And this is what happened. Cravings, sluggish, tears. Wanting to eat the house.

Yesterday I refilled my prescription and started them yesterday. I have had 4 pills AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!

Im Back. I feel so good today and yesterday!!!

But ~

I do not think the drops work for me. I will continue them as they cost me $70! If anyone has any suggestions, other than going back to LC, I just can't eat all that fat. My doctor has scared me to death and wants me on low cal, low fat.



I so need help with this!

Yes!! The Wellbutrin will make a WORLD of difference. Dh takes it, and it's helped him lose 85lbs and keep it off for the past 2 years.

Not sure on the drops being water, vs. possibly just not working with your eating plan and all the changes in body chemisty with the medication. I'd suggest following what you said, using them up and seeing how it goes.

From personal experimentation, this past 10 days I've eaten off plan, and dosed about 75% of the time, the drops only really work for me when I eat low calorie. Others have enjoyed weight loss while dosing and eating higher calories, but that has not been my experience. As with all experiments like this, YMMV. Hang in there and I'm so glad you're feeling better!
