Thanks, ladies!! Ran the race on Sunday, finished without walking, all was good! Now my dad is going to train for a 5k, too! That's great news!

Not doing so well on the food front, but all in good time. I hope everyone is well, and happy May!

Thanks, Mariah! It was much harder than I thought on the day of the race. There were lots of walkers, and for some reason, seeing them made me think that I wanted to walk, too! But I didn't. I ran the whole thing, and it felt really good to be done!

Looking forward to the next one and hoping to beat my time.

Back on track with nutrition this week, too! Hope you are doing well!

Heehee, thanks Blonde.

Back on track, dietwise (for now!). I replaced CO with MCT in my morning coffee, so I'll be interested to see how that little experiment works. Interestingly, despite having eating like absolute crap for the recent past, I have gained no weight. Weird.

Yesterday's food:

B: Butter coffee with MCT
L: Egg salad (with homemade mayo, I might add!), spinach/strawberry shake
D: Coffee
E: Lifting

It's that time of year where I can't keep track of the days. Happy.......what's today? Wednesday? Yes. Happy Wednesday!!

Medium-chain triglyceride oil. Kind of like CO but on steroids.
