Just getting myself started. So far today my plan is WW low end points (18) and hHcg drops. This is my first journal and am not expecting any "followers" just trying to stay accountable and get my thoughts out.
B-coffee w/ 4 T. 1/2 & 1/2 (2 pts) zuc. soup (0 pts) L-HB egg (2 pts.) carrots/celery S-zuc. soup coffee w/ 2 T. 1/2 & 1/2 (1pt.) D-3 oz. chic. breast (3 pts.) salad (0) glass wine (2 pts.) not sure what else but I may stay as low as I can go for today to make up for the weekend!

Well, hi me!! That was a long time ago! I am starting the Kaiser 3 day plan tomorrow. Again, not looking for followers (because I'm sure not many people would agree with this plan), but just a place to check in with myself. Please feel free to comment positively

Starting at 156. Today's menu
B-black coffee 2 slices Sara Lee light toast w/ 2 T. pb, 1/2 grapefruitL-1/2 c. tuna (plain) on 2 slices Sara Lee light bread D-3 oz. corned beef, 1 c. green beans, 1 c. beets, 1 sm. apple (eaten before dinner) S-1 c. vanilla ice cream Got an early morning meeting so trying to decide the timing of breakfast. Probably have grapefruit and 1 slice toast b4 the meeting then the other slice after. I really want to try to eat the entire meal in 1 sitting, but don't think that will work this morning. |
