Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and to the hcg diet. I have herd a lot of good reviews so i decided to buy the book, read it and get started.

A bit about me, I am 26 and a mother of four great children. I have done my rounds with multiple diets that have had little impact on my weight. Before I had my children, I was at the highest weight i had ever been which was 185 pounds. After i had my first two children My weight fell off and is was back to 185 From (250 pounds by the end of both pregnancy's) by the time they were 14 months old and at that point i would end up getting pregnant again, lol.

My last two I have struggled getting the weight off. They are 18 month apart and i didn't even begin to lose the weight after my third before i was pregnant again with my forth.
I have had my children back to back (4 in 6 years) My oldest being 6 and youngest 7 months. I really am starting to get health problem do to the excess weight. I have hypothyroidism which i was diagnosed in my third pregnancy and it runs in my family.

I was 245 pounds back in February 2010 after i had my last child.I have been losing weight but very slowly over the last 7 months. Two weeks ago i started eating better in preparation for this diet. Before i stated phase "1" i was 216.8 pounds and after p1d1~ 218.8 after p1d2 ~219.2.

Today is Round1~ p2~vlcd1 weight is 218.0

I am hope keep a journal with entries everyday through my phases. My First goal is to be back down to 185 by the end of phase 2. It might seem like a long shot its "33" pounds to lose but i have seen people lose more. I am very hope full. I have a long term goal of 135.

Congrats on beginning to start your journey!

Try not to worry about a final goal # (note to self follow own advice) as it's hard to predict how fast it will come off!

But I'm sure you will do well. Enjoy!

I made it though the weekend. I didn't quite under stand all the terms everyone was using how ever i do know. This is a break down of the last few days.

Got my drop Thursday afternoon and started right away.
Friday 9-24-10 was (Round1p1d1)weight was 218, Saturday 9-25-10(Round1p1d2) weight was 219.2, Sunday 9-26-10(round1p2d1) weight was 219.0. Today 9-27-10(R1p2d2) weight was 215.2!! I need to drink more water today for sure, I really hope i have another good release tonight.

This may seem weird but i have never slept better.

My meals for the day:

B- 20 ounces Green tea w/ stevia
L- Fish w/ tomato
D- Chicken w/ lettuce,1/2 apple and mebela toast

:hiya: freakaleek1 glad to hear your doing well, I also do those mini goals, every ten pounds and since it's been years that i've seen some of these weights the mini goals are even more special :D

I cant believe its October already!! I really hope to drop well this month, I just got back from out of town and so i had an interruption:blush: to the diet. my I gained about two pounds in two days:annoyed:. My weight as of today is 213.8 I am restarting my vlcd's tomorrow morning. I however have still been taking the hcg drops that is probably why i didn't gain ten pounds:confused:. so tomorrow will be P2d1vlcd. excited. I have a friend that has decided to do the diet with me. I really and going to go strong with the diet.

Omg I have had TOM for to many days now. I had him for eleven days. well he left this morning so i restarted my drops and eating plan this morning. I have gained weight, and alot of water weight. I think i have just forgot the fact that i am on a diet. This is going to be a huge restart for me. my weight this morning was 220.4:annoyed:! hopfully after all the water weight is gone i will get a true weight. I cant even get my wedding ring off, its that bad! I will check in tonight

Ugh i went off the diet the day after my last post. It is not December i have gained weight. I am now 225 pounds. I am now even heaver than i was two months ago. It sucks but i am going to start fresh. I have bought all the food i need in preparation for the diet. Today is r1p1d1-loading. my weight this morning is 225pounds. I am also going to be incorporating p90x and elliptical workouts.

Well the last couple months have been trying on my will power against food. Unfortunately i have not been doing well. I went off hcg back in early october and just started to go back to bad habits which include: drinking, fried food, candies and chocolate ect... I stopped weighing my self and now its the new year and i am very heavy again. I have been loading for three days now- i wanted to go a bit longer, Today is the start of phase 2 day1. my scale is not weighing correctly. I am either 225 or 235. I am just going to go with the higher weight.

So p2d1r1- 235.0

I will check in twice a day. In addition, i will be working out here and there through out the day.
