Morning Laura!

I had the best workout this morning, I was seriously on fire for some reason. Everything was just going so well. The Couch to 5K program was awesome, it didn't tire me out at all which was something I was worried about. It's amazing what my body is able to do now that it couldn't do nearly a year ago. Learn something new everyday, lol.

Seth that's great! You will be skinny minny they way your going at it. I think you can do what ever you have your mind and heart set on doing. I know what you mean about your body, when we're so heavy we have this thing called fat that seems to get in the way. lol

The fat does get in the way Laura, it's especially not fun to bounce around, lol. That's why I didn't do the jogging before, hehe.

Welcome newbies. Thanks for reading.

Just home from getting a hair cut, not sure if it's too short or not, who knows. I am going up to the lake early in the morning so I need to get some packing done. We're just staying overnight so I don't need much. I'm looking forward to some swimming and just relaxing on the boat. I havn't been since last summer so I can imagine things will be a ton easier now that I don't weigh a ton, lol.

Hello everyone. Just back in from my day at the lake. I had a really good time and the water felt great.

No weight loss this week, scales still say 198.5lbs which is fine. I knew the whoosh I was on had to end eventually. I'm good since I'm still here in ONEderland and I know that I havn't slipped up so it'll get on the move soon. No complaints here.

I have to head to the gym to finish up Couch to 5k Week One and catch up on that missed exercise I skipped yesterday.

Seth, you may be at one of those weights that will become a stopping pt. for the future. I have had those. Seems you can't lose for what feels like forever, then it will start again. You are also probably getting close to your bodies ult. weight, so the losses will slow down, crawl, stop....Keep working at it...you can reach your new goal. Build that muscle...It will make a big difference!
