207lbs this morning which I think is probably more accurate than yesterday. It was too good to be true, lol. Oh well, I won't worry too much about it. I will see 205 in a little while.

Don't have my workout buddy anymore, but I did manage to do fifteen minutes on the elliptical without her so I'm proud of myself for doing that.

Not weighing again until Friday, hope to see some lower numbers. Getting this close to ONEderland is really exciting.

203lbs this morning! Of course I wanted to step on the scale and see a big fat ONE proceeding the other two numbers, but this is good and I'm really happy with it. I think I'm going to not weigh again for the week because it really is the best thing to do.

How is the weather where you are Seth? I'm in southwest Arkansas and it's boiling hot here :P 103 the other day! We were at Hot Springs yesterday and it was 99 but felt like 103!

It's really hot outside today, I just got in from taking the dog out and it's so humid. I'm so glad I'm not having to walk outside anymore. It was 90 degrees this morning around four o'clock when I drove past the bank.

Oh gosh I can imagine. It's been years since I've been to Magic Springs, but I wouldn't think all the walking would be fun in this heat. I don't do well in it anyways, lol.

I felt like I was going to die at the end of the day

Sore today too! I had a two pound weight loss overnight (in induction) so it was worth it I guess ! Have a great day
