214lbs this morning, but I'm not counting it as official for a few days because I ate some Dreamfields pasta yesterday as a treat. So far, no change in weight, but we'll have to wait it out a few days. I'm always cautious about the stuff.

alligatorpie, I will post a menu this week. Today I am going out to lunch with some friends so I don't know exactly what I'm eating. My weekly menus are very repetitive so don't get too excited, lol. I tend to eat what I like over and over again. It works for me.

Thanks Lisa for the compliments! How are you doing?

Had a good time at the gym this morning. I worked out with a friend from high school. I did my usual exercises, then did all the weight machines with her and then thirty minutes on the elipitical which used to kill me. I am already sore, but I feel great for getting in a really good workout.

Remind me of this post in the morning when I'm so sore I can't get out of bed, lol.

Another great workout this morning. It's just so much fun getting to talk to an old friend and getting your exercise in at the same time. I am really enjoying myself. I work harder too when someone else is there, so yay for that.

Menu for yesterday(sorry it's late)

Breakfast - Three hamburger patties with pepperjack cheese, low-carb ketchup and mustard
Lunch - Fajita Taco Steak Salad
Dinner - One Minute Muffin (wasn't that hungry after the salad at lunch)

Lots of water and diet soda as well.

Well last night I stumbled a little. I had a sno-cone at the Relay for Life event. It was super sweet and I have worked in a sno-cone stand before, there is a ton of sugar in those syrups.

The only thing to do is get back up and dust myself off. I am going to try super low-carb this week, doing my best to stay under 10 carbs a day to try and rededicate my goals. Hoping it gets me a little closer to 210lbs bringing my total up to 100lbs of weight loss.

Monday morning has rolled around. I did my normal gym workout already, back home and fixing to start some breakfast. Hoping to stay under 10 carbs today. I would really love to see some scale movement after my little messup last week.

Thanks to following VLC/LC all week, the scales have moved. I am 212lbs on the digital ones and 210lbs on the old style scales. Not sure which one to go with, I normally weigh heavier on the old style ones oddly enough.

Either way, the scales have moved and I am that much closer to ONEderland!

Thank you! I hope you stick around and maybe I can inspire you some more. I really do believe that anyone can do this if I can. I was the most lazy unmotivated unhealthy 20 something out there and I just decided to put my mind to it and here I am almost a hundred pounds smaller and I can honestly say that I havn't really had to kill myself to do it.

Officially calling 210lbs and 100lbs lost since I restarted back in August! I am super thrilled about this, but can't stop thinking about how in just eleven more pounds I will be setting foot in ONEderland. I really hope the VLC/LC keeps on working.

I only have one nagging fear and that is how this is around the weight, give or take a few pounds, that I got to before and then quit. I know now that I had the wrong mindset last time around, but this is still a bit scary knowing I'm soon to be in virgin territory. I just have to remember to stay strong and keep going with this. I have come too far to give up now. I have said that in the past and went back on my goals, but I really feel like it's right this time.

Yes the hamburger patties I get from Wal-Mart sort of cook up smaller, so I eat three in at a time, usually with some sort of cheese and mustard/ketchup over it.

Earlier this week I ate twelve patties throughout the day and still managed to whoosh the weight. I was surprised since I felt like a hog that day.

Breakfast this morning after the usual workout at the gym was a Sausage/Cheese Omlet with bacon on the side. Yummy! I'm thinking lunch will be hamburger patties and green beans. I kind of doubt I'll do dinner, I didn't yesterday and was fine. Lots of time on this VLC/LC plan I'm just not hungry once I get home in the afternoons, well that and I also go to bed early so I can be up early for the gym.

Ashlie was back today so my gym time went so much better. I did my usual workout and then a half hour with her on the elliptical. My arms are really sore from not doing that in a week, but it was nice to have my buddy back, time goes by so much faster with someone else working out with you.

It feels amazing outside today, breezy and in the 80's. I guess that's why I'm in such a good mood, that and the scales both saying 210lbs of course. Eleven more pounds until you hear me scream because I'm in ONEderland!

Arms are still sore today, but I barreled through another workout and another half hour on the elliptical, I hate that thing so much, lol.

Fixing some breakfast, bacon, eggs, sausage with a little cheese. Yum! Have I mentioned that I love VLC/LC when it comes to breakfast?

Worked overtime at the gym this morning and pulled in four miles on the elliptical! I was pretty proud of that one. I am going to hate that machine once Ashlie moves and I don't have a workout buddy.

Couldn't get a dream out of my head this morning. I was eating bad foods and kept getting on the scales and seeing it go up. I would chow down on another cake or pie and then go back and watch the scales again. It finally went up to 240lbs and I was crying and feeling so ashamed of myself for cheating. When I woke up I really thought it had happened and couldn't get the idea out of my head that I had put on thirty pounds from cheating. I think it took me a good hour or so before I realized that it hadn't happened at all. Yeesh. I hate those food dreams.

Gym and breakfast already done, thank God it's Friday!
