Already got things set for the day, lunch is done and in the fridge until I leave for work. I'm fixing to start breakfast. I am looking forward to getting this week over with and enjoying an extended weekend thanks to the upcoming holiday.

Praying for a less stressful week at work as well.

Gym and work is done! Three miles on the elliptical and three miles on the treadmill. Tommorow is weights and maybe some walking. Whew!

It's up and at em today. I have this feeling that I'm going to be very hungry today as I'm sort of jumping off the wagon for two days. My co-workers found this two day diet in a Woman's World Weekly that basically consists of fruit, veggies, and skim milk over a 48 hour period. You have a fruit for breakfast, veggie soup with extra veggies for lunch, and a veggie stir fry for dinner. Now honestly I don't figure this will do anything, but to encourage them to try something, I said I would do it with them. I don't think this will hurt me any since it's just two days and nothing I'm eating is going to put weight on me, but I'm actually looking forward to the milk and fruit. I know I can have both those on Atkins, but I try to stick to induction friendly foods for the most part so I've been without for a long time.

The whole "key" to this diet is that it's very very low in calories, so low in fact that I'm not going to do much exercise this afternoon since I don't want to burn off the little amount of calories I consume, I don't think that's healthy.

Anyways, it's something to change up, but I can already not wait to get back to LC. I'm going to miss my chicken and eggs/sausage!

So it's been nice having the milk and the fruit this morning and the soup was really good, but I am not liking this diet very much. I cannot wait until it's over with tommorow. It just doesn't feel right for me. I miss my chicken and salad and bacon and eggs. I'm only doing this for moral support to the other co-workers, but blah, it's not for me. Give me back my LC anyday!

Hi Seth, I wouldn't trade LC for nothing . Love the foods it allows, doesn't feel like a diet at all. Oops I forgot, it's not...it's a WOL . That was nice of u to try the experiment with the co-workers though. Have a great night.

You poor boy! I want to fry you up a big ole steak! You are a sweetie though doing this with them. Probably won't hurt at all...maybe a bit of water weight...You'll be fine when you get back to LCing again. I did Raw for a bit to switch things up...maintained. It was a nice switch up and I could eat plenty on it too.

You know how with LC you pretty much always feel full and don't have many urges to cheat? Not so much with this diet, it's five in the morning and I'm usually up by now and though I make breakfast, I'm usually not hungry. I am starving now, my stomach is growling. This diet sucks, lol. I so want to "cheat" and fry up some eggs and bacon. I'll be strong though.

I really think this is all about water weight because I'm been to the bathroom all night several times.

So ready for today to be over with so I can enjoy my LC foods!

Thank God it's over with. I cannot wait to wake up tommorow to bacon and eggs!

Put in a good hour at the gym tonight, almost seven miles on the elliptical and 800 calories burnt. Feeling good, but ready to be back to good ole LC!

Nope, I actually gained a pound.

Oh well, not going to let it bother me. I have some bacon in the oven and I'm fixing to scramble me up some eggs. I am very ready to be back to LC foods. I was so tired of being hungry while on the other plan. My stomach is growling at me now and it never does that while on LC.

It was so nice to be back on LC. I felt so much better today. Funnily enough both of my co-workers lost weight where I gained. They want to do it again and I said well that's fine for you two, but not me. They were okay with it. I highly doubt they'll both do it again, but they could surprise me.

Worked hard at the gym again, 800 calories burnt and six miles on the elliptical.

It's been really great to be back on LC. I just felt so much more energy today and not nearly as cranky. Just got in from the gym, another 800 calories burnt! I'm trying to stick with that number for at least a little while, but it's rough sometimes. I just feel more productive doing it though.

I am looking forward to this long weekend!

I pulled in a full hour on the elliptical today, burnt 900 calories! I was so impressed with myself. I almost have to play a game of seeing how far I can push myself when I get on that thing, but it's so encouraging to see you burning those calories and then imputting them into ************, lol. Exercise is addicting.

GOSH, how I missed those days. You're right, exercise is addicting. It's better than sex (IMO) . Glad you are having fun and getting healthy all at the same time . Keep up the good work!

185lbs this morning! Yippie! I am firmly in the 80's and fifteen pounds into ONEderland which makes me ease up a little since there is a buffer.

I've been thinking about it for some time now, but originally my goal was 180lbs which I am only five pounds away from so I think it may be time to re-evaluate my goals. Yes 180lbs is a fine weight, but I think I can go lower than that. I have noticed more changes in my body within the past fifteen pounds than I have throughout the whole time in terms of fat loss and I still have some trouble areas that I need to slim up in as well as tone up in. Being as I don't think I look underweight or unhealthy, I may reaffirm my new goal weight as 170lbs. Thoughts?
