Decided on IF woe for this round...haven't figured out exactly calorie count, but I am happy with this because I can live like this. Today's meal

Chick-chick-boom pita sandwich 610 cal
Jalapeno crisps 210 cal
Diet Dr. Pepper 0-zinch-nada

nothing for breakfast. i will allow myself to eat between 1-6pm each day...that's all I have for now.

I'm writing this out so I know how I'm doing. I'm a breakfast eater so i'll probably switch my window to the morning because going too long without food makes me want to kill...lol

My desire is to stay under 1000 calories...I think but we'll see. I always do better in the 800-1200 calorie range. 500 has never been ideal for me.

Yeah, two walks accomplished this afternoon in the hot Texas sun! Thank goodness for downtown. I found a jamba juice close to me. I have a feeling I will be stopping there occasionally My knees and ankles hurt a little and definitely got my heart rate up. My goal this evening is to take my 3 year old to the pool. I have zero cravings and am very content after my lunch. However, it is only 2 hours later.

So, I've decided on intermittent fasting with HCG; mainly because I cannot follow strict protocol my entire life. I like the big breakfast idea since I absolutely LOVE breakfast and am generally hungriest in the morning. I weighed this morning and I am down 1 lb. 286.6. I will celebrate all of the small losses and get back to my size 14. I cannot believe I though I was a fat ass then. I would kill to be a 14 again and get rid of these size 26 clothes. So, I will keep the picture up of me that is 5 years old now. It is truly my goal! Then we can go from there. So, I have 100 lbs to lose. I've done it before and know that I can do it again! Today's big breakfast will be 4 breakfast tacos packed with eggs, bacon, and cheese. Then I have a large coffee to go along with it. That's all i plan to eat today. I also started tracking my calories on myplate.com it's through the Livestrong foundation. So far I am at 1700 calories. Now time to eat.

Your breakfast sounds delish! That should keep you full all day long. I'm drooling thinking about it Don't focus on the 100 pounds, focus on 5 pound increments. Celebrate each 5 pounds you lose by getting yourself a new nail polish or hair product. You can do this!!!

Hi Gracie!

I am so stuffed that in order to finish all four I had to remove the beloved tortilla from two of those breakfast tacos. I love tortillas, but four tortillas would have busted my gut open! Love the eggs and bacon protein though. I know that just 2 keeps me full until dinner time so I am really hoping this is the right balance to keep me full all day. I was never able to do the fast five diet like I had wanted because i didn't get enough protein. That was the missing link. However, when I look at what people eat on the BB; i am in awe at how much they can eat. It just seems like so much. But, if it works then do it! I'll post results for tomorrow. DH served me dinner last night, but I wasn't hungry. Then after watching people eat I needed a nibble of something so I wrapped some swiss cheese around some turkey cutlets. That satisfied me until I grabbed a few pieces of baked macaroni and half a muffin...but, still lost 1 lb. Wee-haw!!! That's what my three year old says when he's excited instead of Yee-haw...he says Wee-haw

Love your idea Jen!! I am a big BB diet fan. I love it and I do it. Somedays I can eat the house, and some I can't. You just adjust to what works for you. The real key to the BB diet is not to eat anything other than LC foods and small amounts later in the day.

Some days I can't eat anything the rest of the day, but some I need a small meal of meat/vege/sometimes fruit around 4:30 when I get home.

It is the weekends that kill me, because of course everyone wants to eat regular meals. I stuggle with that. If I eat a BB then also eat other meals, I can't lose.

Well you just do what works for you and those pounds will come off!!!

I ate when I wasn't hungry for lunch. I'm such a social eater and couldn't resist going to lunch with my friend, Ben. I wish i could say no. I will do better tomorrow. The plus side is that I ate a salad, chicken and green beans in a curry sauce. I did not eat a lot of rice..maybe two spoonfuls. This doesn't happen often, but need to resist the urge to splurge

Okay eating when not hungry is not a good idea. I am starving now! Not sure what I should do about it since it is only 3:48pm. I'll get through work and then if i am still starving when I get home I will eat a salad. Maybe the not eating the rest of the day thing is freaking my mind out. Perhaps I should tough it out a few days and see what happens...

Yeah, a new day with a nice loss. I am down to 185.4. When I felt hungry last night I drank water. I know that I have the will power now because today is pastry/donut day for the family and i picked them up without wanting any. I feel that I've had enough donuts for a while...perhaps a lifetime
My baby brother is graduating high school today. I will be traveling to San Antonio early to beat traffic. I'm so proud of my little brother. I plan eating light this morning and afternoon and having my big meal in the evening with my family. I would enjoy that more since I'm a social eater. I brought a salad with a new braggs dressing I found at the grocery store. I think it's called berrybraggs. It has raspberries, blue berries, acai, gogi, and braggs vinegar. I am a fan of the amino braggs so I hope I like this dressing. I use the amino braggs on veggies and meat to give it a little more taste. I am still doing the HHCG drops and feeling very content. I forgot to mention that I got out for 1 walk yesterday and will do the same today. Now it's time for my yummy coffee I still use the flavored creamers. It's a habit that i'm not ready to give up.

Just got motivated from the walking thread on the exercise board. So, I grabbed my phone and set out to walk. Then decided to walk for 24 minutes! That's a lot for me right now since I usually only do a 10 minute walk twice a day. I'm so happy. My energy is coming out now and looking forward to walking again hopefully before I have to leave at 3pm. If I could get in another 24 minutes I would be psyched! On my way back i stopped at Jamba juice and grabbed a fit and fruitful smoothie. It's a meal replacement smoothie and super yummy!
Today I feel so energized and happy!

That's awesome! Something I read always sticks with me - it's not what we do every once in a while that matters, it's what we do on a regular basis. You are making walking a normal thing for you which is fantastic! I figure if I watch what I eat and exercise regularly, my body is improving

Hi Gracie!

Thanks for the wonderful quote and encouragement! I still am in awe of what I did. I believe that whole-heartedly if you treat your body right it will treat you right. I look forward to going back out there! Even the hot sun won't keep me away. It's only another 24 minutes. I got this!

I've decided to add a few mini goals to my plan because I am a goal oriented person at work and really at life. So, here are my goals with "prizes or gifts" to myself when I reach my goal.

1. End of first week goal (mani/pedi)
2. 10 lbs will be my choice of jewelry from my favorite website ($30 per item typically)
3. 20 lbs will be a pair of running shoes (Brooks are around 90-120)
4. 30 lbs will be new outfit and MAC make up day with sweetheart dinner planned ($200)
5. 40 lbs will be Spa day
6. 50 lbs will be mini vacation
7. 60 lbs will be my choice of designer purse

That's all I could think of at the moment I like the idea of a designer purse. I've never had one and think they make ladies look very elegant.

Another walk down at 20 minutes. I am hot and sweaty from that one. I am not sure why one of my feet fall asleep while I am walking. It doesn't do it on 10 minute walks only 20 minute walks. It feels really weird and I think it will keep me from breaking 20 minutes due to the discomfort.

Hi Gracie!

I LOVE my prizes too! I think about the prizes this way. I spend wayyyy too much money eating out...probably $10 per day or more. If I saved that money each week in my savings. I figure I will have enough for my designer purse

So, i read up on the causes of the numbness in my foot. Could be my shoes. i walk in crocs that I've had 5+ years. I should invest in some good walking shoes. I may move my goal for this week to include a good pair of walking shoes. That way I can walk longer. Just ate a nice chef salad with berrybraggs dressing. It was delicious and i was hungry! Right now I am very satisfied with the salad and looking forward to having a nice time tonight at the graduation.

Hi! Just stopping in to offer support and cheer you on. I love the idea of prizes for meeting your goals, I tend to do that to and it really works!

If you can swing it, I would say getting those shoes now..think of it as an investment in your new lifestyle. Being comfortable as you workout is so important and will guarantee that you will want to keep pushing yourself further! You did awesome today, keep it up!

Have a lovely time with your family knowing all the great things you are doing for yourself! Got a reprieve from graduations this year myself, and feeling grateful because of the heat.

Have a great weekend

Hi Danielle! Thanks for stopping by Also, thank you for the encouragement. I have decided to go ahead and buy the shoes. I need them and they need me

Graduation was amazing. We stopped for dinner and I did well with mostly protein and veggies, with a few treats to end a great time with my family.

Today's loss was less than I hoped for, but I'll take it. Down .2 lbs with TOM. So, I am at 285.2.

Yeah! Me!!

Today's exercise plan...go to the pool with the boys and chase the three year old around to tire him out
