Thanks Sans! Well, there has been a change of plans. I didn't start yesterday. I started today on my low carb weekend diet. I haven't had much of an appetite so I have just had 2 shakes and DH is cooking a roast. I plan on replacing 2 meals a day with shakes to keep my head in the game for a week. Hopefully, I will be able to shake off the holiday weight by doing this. I finished my Christmas shopping today and we put the tree and decorations up last night. The house looks so festive!

Well, the week didn't go as planned. With the new job and baby sick I've decided to take it one day at a time. I hope everyone is doing well. Christmas is such a wonderful time of year. The shakes are great and I am thankful for HCG.

Thanks...you girls are really my source of inspiration and liberation from feeling trapped being fat. I know all things are possible with God and great friends. I just need to get myself back into it. I am still taking it one day at a time. Today I would have to give myself a D in eating. I gave into TOM and had some things I shouldn't have. Mainly sugar and carbs...i never need those things. There are better options, but I just didn't give a s@@t! lol!!

Thanks Deb and Sans! I did great through Christmas...now time to get back in it. I am off today soooo glad Christmas is over, but sad at the same time I'll write more later. Well, yesterday didn't o as great as planned. I am having trouble getting back. I am soooo hungry these days. However, I have not started exercising and the drops are not working as good as they used to. I do not feel full and I am and have been hungry. I am going to try to go into ketosis to see if that helps since I have not been avoiding carbs...that is really when this started. Could it be the carbs???

Morning Jen! Yes indeed it could be the carbs!... I was the exact same way.. always hungry and craving.. way too many carbs lately... so I am going low carb this week to help that out...

Today is the first day with no hunger yet... You will get there Jen, just be patient with yourself, and try cutting the bad stuff out. When you are not feeling so hungry, and you are seeing losses.. the POWER will kick back on!..

Thanks for the notes Sans and Deb. I have been on vacation and enjoying time with the family. I will go back to work on Monday. I officially re-started again on Saturday. I'm not feeling hungry now that I have cut back on the carbs. It's amazing that carbs affect me like this. I really thought it was a myth but as soon as I cut back, the hungries went away.

I reviewed my journal today and realized that I hit onederland 9/24/10. That is entirely too much time to gain and lose five pounds for the last 2.5 months. So, I decided to watch the Jon Gabriel method videos. I am an emotional fatty. I need the fat suit to fit in with those that i accompany. I take on their habits and feel the need to blend in. It is very difficult for me to visualize myself slim, but once I see the body coming out of the water wearing the beautiful white bikini...i smile. However, it's hard for me to picture my face on the gorgeous, hot body. I guess this is my mind saying that there is not way that I can be thin. That really sucks! So, i plan to super impose my face on some hot actresses' body so I can visualize this...lol! Also, my weight gain happened when I was young. I was rewarded with food so I see food as a reward and a comfort. I also noticed that my weight will go down when I am trying to be more attractive to a potential mate. I have been using the kitty cat method with the dangerous dog every time I go up my stairs. I pretend there's a big dog chasing me with rabies. I do not have any trouble visualizing this.

i am getting faster. i am itching to go on a run right now. just need to wait for the little one to wake up so he can go with...lol...the whole super mom thing will take over if I think a dog is threatening my child. i should get super thin by the end of the week! ha!

I typically don't post a menu, but just wanted to post this so I can go back over this next week when I weigh in to see if the visualization and change of eating helps. I have been eating organic oats with flax seeds and organic frozen fruit in the AM. Snack is a piece of fruit in the AM, afternoon is either pho or a sandwich from the baguette house (Vietnamese style with loads of veg and grilled beef), I don't snack in the afternoon, but a couple of times I had some beef jerky and some nuts. Yesterday I had ice cream with walnuts and strawberries (i was thinking of how jon said to add something live and make sure to add omega 3's), dinner has consistently been a large salad with boiled egg, organic lettuce mix, tomatoes, small amount of cheese, cucumber, low sodium beef pot roast, and dressing. If I feel like having a snack I will eat some fruit. Yesterday I had a piece of pizza. So, I have been averaging around 1000 calories if you don't count the ice cream and pizza. However, I do not feel bad about the ice cream or pizza. It was a treat and I have plenty of treats to come, but my body did not feel good after eating those foods only my mouth and mind were happy. I need to stop feeling deprived if I do not eat what those are eating around me. This is how I will unlock my skinny girl.

Ahhh...thanks Deb and Sans. You both are so motivating to me. I will keep posting so I can get the type of interaction i need from those that are battling with weight. I don't feel like it's such a battle anymore. I just thought about it...it doesn't seem like a battle.
