Well, yesterday wasn't too bad. DH and DS went out to celebrate the promotion. I had around 2800 cals yesterday without sugar so that was a huge accomplishment. I've just been focusing on keeping the sugar away right now. Today will be a shake day to take off some of the weight I know that I've put on. I have not weighed yet. I will weigh tomorrow morning to have an official number to look at. I've had four high days in a row with sweets and loads of carbs. I don't know what I will do Sunday...probably just low carb but a higher day. NO SUGAR!!! lol.

Good luck Jen!!.. I have a HARDER time on the weekends for some reason.. today Is Mostly low carb for me... easier to stay in control... enjoy your shakes!!..

Thanks Deb. I think I will skip the exercise for today because I feel very toxic at the moment and low energy. This is the day that I hate...my body is detoxing from all of the sugar and carbs...I feel like a junkie...a junk food junkie. I would love to have one more fix...lol

DH brought home chocolate...must keep strong. Tomorrow will not be a total apple cheese day cos i have plans with friends...will post weight in the morning...

Thanks so much for your encouragement. I weighed in this morning at 192.8. I was stoked! So, I'm not sure how much I lost from the shake day...but I'm sure it was at least 2 lbs plus TOM is gone so I had a big whoosh from that. I am going to try Zumba today. No exercise yesterday...went to sleep at 7pm because I got very hungry after my last shake. I don't think I will do that again for a while...I don't mind replacing one meal with a shake, but all three was not fun. I feel like I am still retaining water so I will drink a lot of tea today to get rid of it. Today, I am going out with my girlfriends for lunch at Casa de Columbia...I am off to check out the menu so I can be semi-good. I am still going to do my apple/cheese day with one meal at Casa de Columbia...

Good afternoon TBF and Deb! I did it...I did it! I tried Zumba and I love it. I looked at myself a couple times in the mirrors and decided to just go with it and not look. The important thing about Zumba is to keep moving. I am uncoordinated and cannot dance to save my life, but it never stopped me before
Lunch with my girlfriends was so wonderful. I ordered grilled veggies and a nice appetizer with empanada and fried plantains. It was wonderful! I know that carbs are not necessarily good for me for weightless, but I'm just trying to maintain I'm off to check out the other journals. Btw, what is "Sans"?

Good morning! I woke up to a very nice surprise this morning...a new decade...189.6 babay!!! Woohoo! I just hope it sticks. Work had a potluck yesterday so I am hoping that the food doesn't catch up with me. Will have a high protein day today to hopefully keep the nice loss. Cross your fingers for me

Ending the day with around 1900 calories. My job catered barbeque. So, i had mostly protein with some other treats. I kept the reins on so i really hope the loss sticks for tomorrow...

Drat! The weight came back in a fury...oh, well. I am not really trying to lose, but it has been so long since I've seen the 180's...Today will be a good day. No sweets and no eating after 7pm. That's the plan...maintain until next week. Then it is back to active losing...I will probably not be on until then. Hope everyone does well. Hugs!

Morning Jen!.. you are doing exactly what it takes to maintain girl!.. I do the same thing... one day go low to get off a pound or two... NEW DECADE!! then yeah, it comes back. It doesn't matter though because you are training your body to maintain a constant weight.. Now when we get to our goals, we know what to do!!... So excited for ALL OF US!!...

Sorry that I have been off but just haven't been able to get my head in anything for the moment. I have been dealing with a new position at work and it is draining me at the moment. I gained a little during the holiday which was to be expected, but now I am back in the losing game. I am hoping to lose 10 lbs. plus what I have put on with is around 4 or 5 lbs. I loaded up yesterday so today is day 1 of LCD's. I am aiming to stay around 600-800 during the week and low carb on the weekends but keeping the calories under 1500. We'll see how it goes. I will only weigh on Fridays again because I know how I get discouraged easily. I don't plan on doing strict protocol this round either...have a great Thursday ladies!
