Good morning! I am down 3.2 lbs this morning! I've got a lot going on today so I will post more later. Love you guys! Hugs and more hugs!! Menu yesterday was:
Breakfast-2 large egg whites, turkey sausage patty, and oolong tea
Snack-Orange
Lunch-steamed zucchini and tomatoes with naked chicken cutlet (not real chicken)
Snack-1/2 bag of 100 cal popcorn with popcorn seasoning white cheddar
Supper-2 cups of chopped broccoli steamed with 3 savory mushroom meatballs
I was feeling a bit snacky so I also had a protein shake made with almond milk. Calories were under 700 though for the day.

Thanks for the encouragement! I cannot wait to see how tomorrow is. I will continue to weigh myself daily to encourage myself. Off to see how everyone else is doing. It is 7pm so I am done eating for the day. Todays menu:
Breakfast-Protein shake w/almond milk
Lunch-Mushroom meatballs w/ 1 cup of steamed green beans
Snack-Apple and 1/2 bag of 100 cal popcorn w/white cheddar popcorn seasoning
Supper-Same as lunch
calories were 684 today

Down another 1.6 lbs this morning. Almost at my lowest dosing weight of 194.4. I hope to see that weight soon. I am shooting for size 12 before Christmas and the 180's this cycle. I know I can do it. I just have to stay the course.

Hello and good morning, Deb and Roberlie! Well, I was hoping for more, but I am down .6 today. I am looking over my menu for yesterday. I've kept it pretty much the same since I started LC's. So, not really sure what the problem was. I had a lot of veggies and a whole organic honeycrisp apple...mmmmm

Thanks Deb! Well, I have been so busy with work during the day that I haven't had time to be active in the Rogue forum. My menu today was higher calories than normal and more fat so I'm going to see how the loss goes. Menu was:
Breakfast-protein shake with almond milk, 2 large egg whites, and turkey sausage
Lunch-Juevos rancheros and bacon
Dinner-Atkins indulge shake cafe caramel
coffee and cream

Sounds good Jen, congrats on your promotion so don't worry about not being with us during the day.. I probably need to stay out of there more, and work MORE.. I do plenty of work though, always get my stuff done, plus some of the others work too, so I don't feel too guilty..

Good morning everyone who visits my journal. I am at work right now, but had a quick minute to “drive by”. I am down .2 lbs this morning. So, I am stoked because I had a lot of food yesterday. It was approximately 1000 or so calories, but I was not hungry for supper so I just had an Atkins shake. Since my cals were pretty high yesterday; I will be cycling to a low/low fat day today. Menu for today is:
Breakfast-2 large egg whites, turkey sausage patty, oolong tea
Snack-Melon medley 1 cup (cantaloupe, honey dew, and watermelon)
Lunch-steamed broccoli and naked chicken cutlet (not real chicken)
Snack-1/2 bag of 100 calorie popcorn with white cheddar cheese
Supper-protein shake made with almond milk
This is still my first week of eating lower calories with more carbs from fruit and popcorn. I have been averaging anywhere from 50-70 carbs per day and losing nicely so I think that when I have too much fat in my diet; I lose slower. I still lose, but it is much slower than when I eat high protein/low fat. So perhaps that is the WOE for me while I am trying to lose. I am in virgin weight territory. 193.8 this morning. This is the least that I have weighed in 2 years. I have fluctuated between 180-235 for 7 years. Once I am under 180; I will throw a serious party. I haven’t seen 180 since I was 19 years old…13 years ago. The lowest that I remember as a teenager in high school was 160. I was wearing size 10 in high school at my lowest weight. So, I have always had a difficult time with weight since I was a small girl, five years old to be precise. Well, this drive by has turned into a life story so I must go now. Good morning, all! Just stopping by real quick. Had a VLCD yesterday, low fat/high carb around 600 cals and I am down 1.2 lbs. So, I will do a higher cal day today with low fat/high carb to see if I lose more weigh tomorrow. I love this experiment. It’s fun!
