Good morning my friends!! I had a very busy day yesterday but kept on track and stayed with my plan! I also woke up to a beautiful morning after a nice thunderstorm. Everything smelled fresh and new

I got a bit of a late start this morning but still got in on time to work.

Reluctantly, I let my daughter go to the convention in San Antonio. I took her temp last night and it was 99.8...it was hard, but I let her go I'm glad my brother went with her. I know he'll make sure she takes her antibiotics.

Today, to answer your question Ms. Monica is a low day for me. Low for me is 600-800 calories. Ultimately, I would like to go lower, but my body/head won't let me Maybe in time....

I remember when IF didn't work for me until I found a way to make it work. I know if I keep going with calorie counting and exercising that it will happen. I do EOD rotations right now. But, the MWFSu up days sound awesome!

Lexi! Eating half was a great feat for me...I ate slowly and it was spicy so that slowed me down lol!

Daughter had a great time. Unfortunately, the doc called me on Friday after she was already gone and switched her antibiotic. Now she says she feels great. I started her on the new medication last night when she got home. So glad she's back

Good morning!!!

Had a great weekend and decided last night to put the weight loss into high gear this weekend. My only motivation to speed the weight loss up is due to the end of the weight loss competition. I have decided to eat clean with lean meats, veggies, and fruits. I plan to keep calories under 1000. It is only for one week. Then I'll add more. This isn't very different from what i am doing currently...the biggest challenge will be the weekend. I don't have anything planned next weekend so it should be easy. Wish me luck!!

I just read what i plan to do this week. Lol! How quickly I forget and have a breakfast panini. Oh, well!! In my heart I know I'm a winner...now if TOM would start and go away before Monday I've never been in a rush for TOM to start...finish is another story

So, I really enjoying my new life since walking to work. I think I may walk home today or start waking up early to walk more in the morning. Today I felt like I could keep going. i have felt like that for almost 2 weeks.

NSV: I can run down the stairs instead of walking one step at a time slowly. It sort of looks like frankenstein before I was able to comfortable walk down the stairs normally. it's been a few months since I've been able to do that. I'm so happy that my body is getting stronger

Thanks Deb!! So hard to believe that my body felt like that 2 months ago.

I knew I had to do something when taking care of my daily needs was getting more difficult...

I'm just glad I did it when I did it. I have never had a little to lose, so this isn't a big deal

Hey Deb!! I know you'll never judge. I ate an average 1100-1400 calories during the week with 1800-2200 on the weekend. This is better than the 800-1100 range where I was

I'm loving eating more and moving more...it definitely suits me
