That is so awesome you are pushing through Jen. I know your hunger will increase because you are burning tremendous energy. It is not easy to carry bodies around, much walk like this! KUDOS!!!!

Just try to listen to your body and what it needs. If it needs to eat, let it eat! You know when too much is too much. HOWEVER, your body needs fuel to perform and sooner or later this will all work itself out. No worries!!..

Hi Deb!! Glad to see you on this morning. I am too excited that it is Friday! It is not easy to carry this body around at all. I've been reading a lot about JUDDD this morning. i love reading success stories. It's so motivating! I don't plan on changing anything. The thought of 500 calorie days freak me out! Lol! I think HHCG messed me up in that regard...Oh, well, I'm glad to read what works for others

Just calculated my Up Day Down Day caloric intake:
548 DD
2739 UD

Interesting...I may give the 548 a shot. There definitely are some days that I am only at 700 cals and feel good. i'll look to see what i was eating...i would love to eat 2739 cals! Lol...but to know I can do it every other day sounds really appealing especially now that I've caught the exercise bug!

Good luck if you do try it Jen, I tried in years past and just cannot do it. I hate the whole DD thing and just mentally won't go that low. HOWEVER, it works for lots of people, so who knows? Won't know if you like it until you try..

I think the secret for me will be lengthening my eating window from noon to around 6-7...then go to bed! Lol!

I will....I feel encouraged and ready to study my body more now. I love fasting. I may just intensify the fast. I feel great while doing it. Honestly, I do so much better with less food. I'm more focused. It's nearly 1pm and doing well. Only water and coffee so far. We'll see. I'm perfectly content with my 1200 cals per day. Also, I will not stress over how many calories I take in. My body will let me know when it's had enough fasting. So excited!

I wish I wasn't so bored at work right now...On a brighter note; I am still fasting. I think this is the longest I've gone so far. Can I make it til 6pm? We will see...I'm really wanting to push my body around right now to make sure it's at optimal performance. I have so much energy! I dont want to sit at work any longer. 30 minutes left of this day. I brought in a multi-million dollar deal today! Now, let's close it

Hello Deb! Thanks for the applause! I feel so close to closing this deal I can taste it! I feel it will be a great week!

440 cals was it easy? I can honestly say I don't think I will wait to eat that long again. It is a lot harder for me to go without food for that long at work because I get extremely bored. I start the new job in two weeks so I need to figure out what to do when I am bored. That's really a bad thing for me and causes me to want to eat even if I'm not hungry. Today is another DD. The reason this appeals to me is because I am able to go high the next day. I had a difficult time getting the UD cals in. I don't think I was able to get to the recommendation. I did get close though so I was so happy and able to eat what I wanted. No limitations and no guilt. TOM is still here so my mood has been a little wacky, but that is to be expected. My brother left to go stay with Gram for a week. I already miss him but he'll be back next weekend. I am looking forward to this week! Talk soon my friends

Boredom is the same way for me.. man does it get boring sometimes at work! Other days it is so busy no time to think about food at all! I hope you like your new job!

Excellent job on sticking to your plan!!! How is today's DD going? Is it harder for you on the weekends?

Hi Deb-You are so right about being busy. I love days that are so busy I forget to eat! Lol!!

The weekends are a challenge for DD's because DH is a great cook. However, I can have whatever he cooks! That is freedom...just have to watch the portions on DD's

DD didn't turn out to be so down. It still is a dd in my eyes though. I think I'll go back to my way of doing things since I am doing so well. I'll save switching things up for when I need to. 1072 Cals today.

I know right?? I do much better with this my way; because it's my way. JUDDD not for me...however, I do like the idea of calorie cycling. I just like having my calories where they are. I feel great. I think the only reason I liked JUDDD was because I could have 2739 cals on UD. Then, when I had my first UD; I didn't feel like eating all of those cals. I'm not going to force myself to not eat on DD's and force myself to eat on UD. However, I love the IF way and I did like fasting until dinner. I think I'll try that on Monday and Tuesday to see how I feel. So excited and glad to put JUDDD aside. I'm glad it works for others.

Completely agree! I'm glad that I'm no longer afraid of carbs. I don't feel like I'm dieting on doing it my way. I have never liked "dieting" because it gets so old. I won't lie that the idea of eating more calories every other day really excited me...but, I think I'll just balance my eating instead of going extremely low every other day. I don't do well with rigid plans. I like my plan that's full of fat and goodness Still no HHCG and doing well. We'll see what Wednesday brings. TOM should be packed and outta here by then and looking forward to a nice whoosh!

Weighed in and I am -0.2 from my last loss. I did not count the weight gain from last week since it was likely fluid from TOM. I'm excited because if I have a loss at this time of day with TOM; I'll likely see a nice loss on my regular weighing day as long as no wine and keep things under control So excited!

Thanks Lexi!! The exercise bug has bit me and I have it bad. This week I want to step it up a notch and maybe try some different exercise videos and plans. I like Callenetics, Tae bo, and just watched some amazing videos about Chalean Extreme Challenge...I want to do it all!! Lol

I'm not leading, which I was a bit shocked since I have the most to lose. Oh, well...I'm not bothered because the challenge just made me get excited and the walking happened.
