Big Girl Bloomers--You always make me laugh, Martini!!

B- 2 egg omelet with ham and swiss
L- leftover chicken breast, cauliflower mash
S- sausage links, baby bell, celery
D- taco salad (ground turkey, salsa, cheese, sour cream and 1/2 an avacado), strawberries with cream
Water- none

Last weekend I went to the Target (or Turget as they say on SNL) and found these packaged sausage link thingies that my husband calls my "snausages." I knew we would be having dinner late a few nights this week because of some afterschool stuff. So, last night I broke open my snausages and had a few on the way to pick up DD. They really did the trick. Thank you snausages!

I'm happy with my clean LC eating lately but boy do I have body aches. The nasty leg cramps are back and worse than ever. My goal today is: Drink that water.

Have a good one Angela and the Glam Squad!

I forgot to mention your pic, yeah!!!!

Leg cramps are killer, I take potassium, calcium and magnesium, they kill with this WOE, I still ge them sometimes, but I started taking my vitamins at night with dinner and that seems to help, I get leg cramps out of this world, up the front of my shins, I jsut want to die when that happens!

You said something I wanted to comment on and now I forget, oh snausages, I cant live without them, BJ's have brown and serve like 8 packs for $6 totally cheap, 45 secs in the micro--- done, they are a life saver when you are starving!

Angela- boobie smashing, juan loving hot mama, hope you are your cheery self today and not getting sick!

Pooti, you're so funny. The Poo Fairy and I have never been at odds, she comes around like clockwork!

I am feeling better this morning, I got a good night's sleep and the painful swallow in the throat is gone and I'm not so bleary. Hope I killed it!

WriterLaura, there's a product you can get called Emergen-c lite and it has lots of potassium in it-- also eat avocados! Why are you having so much trouble with water? Do you just forget, or do you have a real aversion to it? Have you considered drinking sparkling waters or adding a lime wedge or having iced tea instead?

You must drink water, 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water it is the only way to flush the fat, drink flavored, with zero carbs, sparkling whatever you have to drink to get it in you, I drinl at least 1 gallon a day of just water, not including coffee, crystal light tea, or my shake, I am a firm believer in water!

Ang- glad you are feeling better today, how about whipping up something tasty and take a pic on your fancy cool plates, I bet then you will feel better!

You guys are hilarious! My boobs are no longer filling out my bra cups. I actually had to remove a bra from the rotation today, the cups buckled so badly it just looked stupid.

I also tried on my ren gown bodice today... I could not even wear it last July-- I altered it out as much as I could and it was still too tight. Today, I could close it completely (and it should be open about 5 or 6 inches, it's Venetian) so I was quite surprised! Now I'll have to alter back to how it was before so I can wear it this summer!

S- snausages, baby bell, mixed nuts, strawberries
D- ham and swiss frittata, sliced portabella, asparagus, Carbquik cheese biscuit
Water- 64 ounces

Angela, congrats on the gown fitting and removing the big bra from rotation. It always feels good when something is too big to wear!

Thank you Angela and Amber for kicking my butt about drinking my water. The problem basically is that I don't drink much at all during the day. I've always just had tea with breakfast and selzer or wine with dinner and that's it. I don't get thirsty and just don't like to drink but yesterday I did great and I am going to try to keep it up.

Martini- I like the Manna one the best, the raisen bread is good for french toast but with lox and cream cheese baby that manna rocks, it tastes the most like bread to me

I've only had the Plain and the raisin-- next time I go I'll pick up the sourdough and the manna and give them a go. Funny, I haven't had any in months, AND I'M STILL THE SAME WEIGHT. I think it's safe to say the bread is NOT my problem!

Right on, WriterLaura! Your menus look fantastic! How did you cook your portobello? Keep up the good work! As for the water, have you tried drinking warm water? I know it sounds weird, but it goes down so easy and maybe you can slam a glass down every so often. You can get your water in!

My day was just fine. No weighing, all low carb. I played hoops with my son, and we waited in a line for 1.5 hours to meet Wesley Matthews at a local store. He's one of our Trailblazers and he's AWESOME! Pretty new to the team and he's already out there working with local charities and endearing himself to the community. My son was delighted to meet him! We had about 3 seconds of his attention, lol, before we were shunted out of the line-- like the Elves and Santa in A Christmas Story! HOOOO! HOOO! HOOO! Just kidding, everyone was super nice.

I never had the sourdough, I will try that next time, I really dont think the bread is a factor if you dont overdue, just watch slicing that manna, Martini, if you look at servings in it, I have to have TOny cut it or I would eat half the loaf at a sitting, LOL

Ang- glad you had a good day with your son, that is cool!

S- baby bell, mixed nuts, caraway crisp, SF lemon cookie
D- corned beef, sauerkraut, peas
Water- 60 ounces

Angela, you are a cool mom to play hoops with your son. I practice throwing with my daughter once in a while (she plays t-ball) but she would rather play with her dad because I'm too slow!

I did a good job with my water again, thanks to all the encouragement from you guys. Guess what? DH and the squirt went to DQ last night and I had a small taste of DD's blizzard and it was too sweet for me. That actually made me really happy!

Have a great weekend

Amber-- just cook them to death on high heat. I use the Foster Farms brand ones that are already pre cooked, then spread a little light olive oil on the bottom of the pan, 425 degrees for about an hour. Once they are out let them sit for a while, and then they pop right off the bottom of the pan. Good luck!
