lol Janet! I really love them. I eat them for lunch at least once a week.

They are a perfect mustard delivery system.

Also, be sure to get the sardines that are packed in olive oil and not the crap in soybean oil or the junk in water...totally useless in water in my opinion...

You guys are so funny! Love anchovies and oysters, but HATE sardines? They are all pretty close to being the same! Fishy stuff in a can.

Want to hear something really weird? I haven't even mentioned my Japanese boyfriend in about 20 years-- I mentioned him here yesterday, and BINGO! I get a facebook message from him out of the blue this morning. How weird is that?? It's not so weird he found me, because we still have mutual friends; it was just a matter of time he opened a facebook account, but the timing was just bizarre!

Anyone missing something they want me to mention here? What else can we dredge up from the past?

Weight today: unknown salty mystery

Exercise:
AM dog walk

Food today:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, fried weird German spam loaf thing
Lunch: salami, pistachio lyoner, weird german dried meat stick thingy, leftover polish sausage, daikon radish
Snack: daikon
Dinner: Caesar salad w/ green leaf, chicken breast, daikon, carrot, green onion, homemade dressing

Supplements taken

Had a hodgepodge eating day—emptying down the fridge, ready to hit up Costco again. I only have 6 eggs left and I’m VERY NERVOUS about that! I need at least 2 dozen to feel safe. I’m also down to 2 sticks of butter. Quelle horreur! I need 6 of those in order not to panic. I’m also down to one daikon radish. I don’t think I can make it through the day without it anymore, I love it so! Now I have everyone else eating them, too, and they are eating into my stash!

My positive for the day: despite wanting a dessert, I shut myself up with an amino pill and called it a day!

Success today. On to day 194!

Angela- you are so funny, I get nervous too when my stashes are running low, LOL Its like we have to have our favorite LC things, LOL I had 2 pounds of VWL so I will take that, next week gotta be more strict, I am torn between wanting to add a few treats to satisfy me, and the disappointment of not losing if I do that, such a bugger, I so want to be under 200 and it seems like I will never get there!

I have been craving a cesar salad in the worst way, I just got all the stuff and tonight grilled shrimp cesar, yummy and lots of fishy anchovies!

Let's see, what have I misplaced... Money perhaps? No, actually I can't find an earring that I love. Maybe now it will turn up!

B- 2 HB eggs, 1 string cheese, 1 sausage link
L- salmon burger with sliced avacado and spinach on the side
D- corned beef, cabbage, 1 slice soda bread, 1 glass white wine
Water- 24 ounces

Yesterday was a weird day because we had to go to a wake for a family friend so my afternoon/evening schedule was disrupted. I gave into temptation and had a very small slice of soda bread when we went out to dinner but resisted the urge to have more wine or to taste my daughter's crazy chocolate dessert. I didn't drink all my water and I didn't have any snacks. Now that I'm documenting my daily food it looks like I only eat snacks every other day--hmm, interesting.

Today I made pork rind french toast for lunch since it's Friday and I didn't want to eat meat. OMG! It is sooo good. I put a few blueberries on top and I was in heaven. I bought a box of those microwave pork rinds and I have been wondering what the heck to do with them.

Angela, that is so funny about the old boyfriend. I'm fb friends with 1 old boyfriend but another one (my first serious one) contacted me and I felt all weird about it so I declined to accept him. It's been 26 years and it ended well it's just when I checked his profile it said single and said his interest was women so I felt kinda icky about letting him view my every day life, kid pictures, etc.

Happy Friday and enjoy the weekend!

Ang- LC choc peanut butter mousse, do tell?

Did I tell you about the Dark chocolate mousse at Walmart? It is their brand 2 carbs the Jello brand has like 6 carbs, OMG it is my new fav at night with a shot of the Land o lakes whipped cream with splenda zero carb, crack in a can!

Ang- I should be eating better little LC treats here and there if I stopped that I would probably lose more I think the only reason I am still losing is the gym, gotta buckle down, I dont think I will make 180 by the wedding but I really want to be under 200 by then, so I know I am not being as super strict as I should!

You guys have a faulty memory, lol! It's the same stuff I've made plenty times before. Adding peanut butter takes it to a whole new level of richness, though-- tastes a little like a peanut butter cup! Just over whip heavy cream, vanilla, cocoa powder, Steviva and a little creamy natural peanut butter-- voila! fantastic mousse. My mother LOVED it, and she's weird about stuff.

I have all I need for the cinnamon pork rinds, Janet. Now what?

Tiggy and Pooti-- I have the shirataki noodles-- NOW WHAT??

I'm too tired to report tonight-- looooooong day. I went ice skating today. My son attended an ice skating birthday party, and he was nervous, so I told him I'd go out on the ice with him. Wow, did I look like a spastic whacked out wobbly hippo or what! I never fell down, though, I didn't dare! I probably wouldn't have been able to get up, and they'd have to get the Zamboni to nudge me back onto shore. It would have been a big 6 man operation with ropes and pulleys. Anyway, my son was fine and had fun, I am aching from the torture of the ice skates. Those suck! Funny, when I ice skated in my youth I hadn't any trouble at all. I think I was about 20 years old the last time I went, and I just glided along without any worries. Today? YIKES.

Low Carb day was totally fine, same as always. Onward!

OMG Ice Skating???? What? What? Are you nuts? J/K!!!! But still, are you nuts?

We have the Galleria here with a year round indoor rink. When I was a kid I ALWAYS wanted to go. Imagine heaven. Houston 110* with a heat index of hell and it's summer and you're 9 walking by these big plates of glass. Behind the glass you can feel the cool moist air roll and wrap around you. Like being a kid meatcicle and standing in a big walk in fridge. Oh my. *sigh* it was so lucious! But we never could afford for me to go.

Now fast forward 40 yearsish and I still wanna go ice skating but I KNOW, that I would fall and then 10 years later they would report that there is a giant fat woman with her ass permanently stuck to their ice. I become a visitor attraction...etc. It isn't pretty. People throw pennies at me for good luck...you get the picture. But oh how this 49 year old heart still wants to put on those beautiful shiny skates and dance on the ice!

Bravo for you for braving the ice! You ARE Wonder Woman!!! And I know your son will remember when he and his mom went ice skating together!!!!! I keep hearing Barbara Streisand singing, "Memories...light the corners of my mind...."

Wow the concoction sounds so lovely. I finished my peanut butter. I'm afraid I can't allow any more in for the next 40lbs. Then I might soften and allow it.

Ang, I never could roller skate, I could see me on thin blades....yeah right. I'm glad you had a fun filled day.

Pooti, LMAO!!! there would have been 2 fat women stuck in the ice for all to see. I guess I had no balance, I fell all the time trying to learn to roller skate, I finally gave up and learned to dance.

Ang have a lovely Sunday with your family.

GOOD JOB GOING OUT ON THE ICE!!! actually wouldn't mind rollerskating again. I used to roller skate like a pro! Forwards, backward. And I had these little jeans with a skate on the backpocket...LOL I only went iceskating one and it wasn't pretty. Once u fall on the cold wet ice...UGH. And th worst part is the aching ankles from not standing straight up on the blade. Ekk!!!

I got doen to *11.6 drank my way back up to 15. That was the pre-poo fairy weigh and I didn't even bother to get back on. My eating has been freaking amazing. But Had had 3 bites of bread yesterday. I have to figure out if I can stand the taste of LC drinks. Because I no drinks on the weekend isn't gonna happen. I kno one mystery punch at a friends party was carb filled and had no kick. So I think it was just drink mix because the bday girl was drinking something else. So sinc I'm full of bad stuff I;m going to a family dinner and I don't kno if I'll be that good. Tomorrow is a new day.
