Snow is deep here so I am trying not to venture out too far, I have a hair appointment tomorrow a cut and colour, gotta hide the greys Having drinks at my friends house wednesday night, and some shopping to do on wednesday or thursday morning. I think that is all for now I am looking forward to xmas dinner with all the trimmings and family calling round after I am cleaning the house from top to bottom at the minute getting every thing ship shape.

Made it through the day without a sugar fix yet.. my oh my... I don't know why i love the sugar so much these days, but It HAS TO GO!... bye bye sugar....

Well my buckling down yesterday allowed me to release 1.8 pounds!. excited because all I did was pay attention to what went into my mouth. If I was not TRULY HUNGRY, I did not eat... I was not watching so much WHAT it was.. as whether I was hungry... I had lots of goodies, but still lost...

ALSO!!. I got real with taking my 3 doses of drops/pellets a day!... YES! Love HHCG!!...

Losing time is getting close Deb what is your plan are you eating normal on xmas day and the day after? That is my plan not stuffing myself to the point of exploding but enjoying what I want in moderation I hope.

Yes indeed!! I am going to normally eat, not exploding because that would put me over 200 most likely and I CANT HAVE THAT!... I also don't like feeling like a stuffed sausage... Then the Monday after Christmas I am going STRICT!.. yes you heard it here first, STRICT for at least a week.

I WILL add more protein in, because I feel horrible on 7 oz of protein a day.. NO WAY... My cals will be around 600... then after that I plan to cycle my way through to goal... however long that takes... I MAY take a break here and there but I want to get there gosh darnit!...

Great plan it is exactly what I plan on doing, I could have written that No stuffed sausage here either lol I am going to try and keep it clean this time around, it only makes me crave stuff I should not be having. We will be looking forward to low cal after turkey, ham and the works lol

Sounds like a great plan. I figure if I kick myself in the pants from December to May I may actually accomplish something for the summer! My reward is a pair of Guess? Jeans...I have been wanting to fit in a pair for years!

Oh me and dad are having xmas dinner just the 2 of us and am making a big ham and a turkey roast, seeing were going to my sisters for dinner the day after I am going to have a heap of leftovers. I will being using them for my meats for that week no doubt, as I dont like waste. I could always freeze it but the cals arent much different from chicken etc.

That sounds like a great plan to me. Deb, I must say I am just in awe of how great you have done! At the rate you have been losing, you will be at goal before too long. Can you imagine that?!!! It's hard for me to imagine being at goal weight. It has been WAY TOO LONG!
