I was having so much fun this morning with my girls, I forgot to mention what I had yesterday. Well, I totalled up my ****** and ended up with 1680 calories.

Not really low carb either, and I do enjoy low carb food the best. I think I will try to stick to that tomorrow. I had mostly P2 foods, plus some extra fruit, because someone at work brought in a GIANT bowl of fresh cut up melons of all varieties and I had to have 2 bowls.

I also had a big bowl of my chili stuff, and chicken tenders unbreaded of course. I had shrimp and spinach for dinner. 1% cottage cheese and cucumbers, 85% chocolate- 3 squares. ( this stuff is growing on me, I hated it before ) Some mixed nuts, and an apple with cin at bedtime.

So really that's alot of carbs.. fruit mostly but like I said before, summer will soon be gone and so will my fruit love. Fall/Winter is when I really get into my big juicy steaks.. yummm.....

Today I am in at about 900 cals including dinner which will be boring, so I won't tell ya...

Lets see what this calorie mixing up does tomorrow!

No internet this morning so just now checking in. The .4 from yesterday stuck, so I'll keep it. I knew that 3 pounds at one time would mean a stand still for a few days.. oh well. It's all good.

If I can eat like a queen and still lose or maintain, then I am a happy camper. When I am ready to knock off a big chunk at once, I know the plan. This is why I love HHCG so much. It is the answer. It really is.

Now that I am at work, I guess I'll actually try to work some.. darn it!

Girl maintaining eating what I actually ate last night is wonderful. trust me on this....

ok so I am feeling skinnier today for some weird reason.

I know I have not lost much this week really ( not complaining cuz it really is alot in comparison to before ) but I am honestly feeling like my pants are gonna fall off.. and this is with a nice shelf butt...

SO, I get out the tape measure here in my cubicle.. looking around to make sure that I am not being spied on, and I measure. A whole inch gone from my ample rear end and 1 1/2 inches from my waist so far this week. REALLY SCRATCHING my head on this, especially after my actual food intake last night.

So pounds and inches is correct folks.

LOL...yummo! i over induged on it two. i had two servings. and then i made a bowl of homemade strawerry ice cream with nuts on top lol i'm trying to be better today!
