I researched this stuff for a long long time before I tried it and I thank god I DID! As you can see in my journal, it has been an interesting ride..lots of weight lost, but some ups and downs in the hunger dept. I really did not know it has been around for so many years... I wish I would have known much sooner, maybe saved myself lots of aggravation! My oldest daughter is giving it a try now, she is 22. So Hopefully she can get this under control early on and enjoy her life!! Hope hope hope!!! ![]() Good luck to you on whatever you decide!!!

First, Deb, can I have your permission to post something related to me here (about hcg)? I have a question that I would love for both of you to help me out with....(If it's not appropriate, I can PM you both ) |

I love you both
Ok ladies…I need you and your honest to goodness opinion! I am on R1P2 of Simeon’s Protocol. Today will be VLD16. To date I have lost 14lbs. I have been doing the plan to a T! Nothing out of protocol. Not even 1 cheat! However, next week I have a slew of commitments where doing VLC will be nearly impossible! I can try? YES! Do I want to? Not really. (Hey at least I am being honest here). Ok so I can go into a P3 type of eating easily while doing these commitments/outings. I live LC so it’s easy for me. That said, I will not have had a full 21 day P2 nor would I have had any P3 time at all! VLCD21 for me will be Sept. 30. That is a day I have my first commitment on (YIKES!). What would you guys do? Should I: *Stop the drops 2 days before. Eat VLC and go on to P3 on the 30th *Continue the drops and VLCDays through that day (eating off Protocol on the 30th). *Insert YOUR suggestion here ____ ![]() By the way, my commitment dates are 9/30, 10/2 and 10/3. At least I can eat really clean on the 1st ![]() EEEEKKKK….I am trying not to stress toooooo much about it (I mean like Chantyl said, I feel like if I don’t follow protocol I may explode from fat! )BTW – Communication is not my forte! If I made absolutely NO SENSE at all, please ask me…..Sometimes the thoughts in my head do not come out when I type them! )THANKS THANKS THANKS!!! ![]() *Penciling Deb back on my list * ![]() |

You made perfect sense. if it were me, i would stop my drops, 2 days before my first commitment (2 vlcd without dosing), then go right into p3 (you can do an interruption just until the commitments are over, or do the full three weeks).
you're on homeopathic drops right? my second round i stopped 2 days early (don't tell anyone). I stablized fine in p3 for a week and a half and then started my experiment. I don't think not going 21 days will kill ya. of course, there are a lot of folks who will disagree. but i have seen lotsa folks do early interruptions and i did one myself. no harm no foul.

![]() Politically Correct- Do the 23 days of drops, you can't possibly enjoy yourself until you have stopped dosing for 2 days eating 500 calories, sorry you will turn into a big round snow man... ![]() What I would personally do- I would continue the drops eating low carb. I would get through my committments still on the drops and then drop back into P2 if you have gained anything ( doubtful ) or then go to the no dosing for 2 days and do a real P3. From that point on, I would be rouge because that is what I did... I just wanted to be sure I could stabilize and I did! ![]() That is my honest opinion but of course I am not doctor and do not pretend to be. I don't want to get in trouble for handing out advice that would harm you in any way.... ![]() |
